Convenient Center "City" VA Beach

Pros: Location was great. Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was great!
Cons: Beds and pillows were too soft. Also, I believe price of stay should include a quality complimentary continental breakfast, as should all hotels.
Location: Norfolk close-by to the west and the beach close-by to the east - plenty to do and see.
Two night stay for a long weekend with family residing in VA Beach.

Not a pleasant stay

Pros: It had potential, but we didn't experience it.
Cons: Better respose from the front desk personnel.
We checked in late. During the night trying to sleep, the air conditioning, when it ran froze us. When it would turn off we woke up and had to get out from under the covers and hot. When we reported this at checkout we were asked if we reported it to the front desk. i said not at midnight when I amm staying only one night. the carpet was soaking wet for several feet out from the AC unit. the check out person offered no apology or discount for the discomfort even after I told her it was a miserable night sleep for me and my wife. very disappointed in the lack of concern.

Good Afternoon - Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay with us. I do apologize that our A/C unit caused you to be uncomfortable while with us. Our A/C units are controlled by the individual thermostats in our guest rooms. From the sound of it, the temperature must have been set very low. Much like a home window unit, if set too low, it could freeze the unit which would have caused the damp carpeting as it thawed. Again, my apologies for the discomfort this caused you. I look forward to another opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Great Location

Pros: Nice, clean, rooms well kept. Pool area well kept. Front entry nice. Good parking.
Cons: The snacks should be complimentary if your paying over a certain amount per night.
Location: Great food.
My husband and I went for a quick one night getaway and it was perfect. A little pricey to me b/c I was expecting it to be closer to the beach than it was. The Beach wasn't very far about 10 miles up, just not what expected. My husband loved it though. It has a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance, and they give you two tickets for 1 free desert or appetizers for two different resturants. All in all it was nice, and it served it's one night purpose. Oh, and they have a nice candy/snack bar but it cost 25$ if you decide to eat from there, so bring your own late night munchies!

Would stay again

Great hotel close to towne center. Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Didn't use a lot of other services, such as any meals or extras, so we can't speak on that,but our experience was great. We wanted a very clean room, close to Towne Center, a comfy bed, and a quiet sleep. We got all of that. Will stay agin.

Hotel Parking Garage was Across the street

Pros: The room was ready upon arrival.
Cons: If they give you the correct information before you get there.
Location: If you want to go shopping it was convenient for that.
When we put in for the Hotel they said we would get free breakfast, but when we went down the lady at the desk said it was 11.95 per person. it was not even worth that much...

We do offer packages that include breakfast and of course if you are a Gold or Diamond Hilton Honors member, you may choose breakfast in lieu of bonus points. I apologize you felt the charge did not match the value offered. We do have fresh morning breads and pastries, fresh fruits, cereals, cook to order menu as well as a hot buffet. We would also welcome any additional feedback to help improve our selections. Thank you again for your feedback.

OK hotel

Everything was okay except. My room was not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. The room smelled like mildew. The bathroom stopper in the tub was stuck and thought I thought usually have complimentary tooth paste 😕. The bed was very comfortable though.
