Hotel was nice. Staff was so-so. Restaurant was very expensive and very limited in choices. No coffee or breakfast until 7am.

Enjoyable experience. Staff were amazing friendly and polite. The indoor heated pool was a little chilly but the kids enjoyed it and thought it wasn’t cold. Nice way quick getaway stay.

This property is usually one of my favorites but this trip was slightly disappointing this time around. The room had no cold water when we checked in. The toilet water was even boiling hot and you could feel the steam coming off the bowl. They reset the water and we got some cold to come through which was a relief but the shower head still barely put out any cold water and it looked like it was going to fall out of the wall. We also requested extra blankets that never came and the other people on our floor were loud and slamming the doors constantly late into the night (not the hotels fault, just frustrating). This property is usually a favorite of mine and we will be returning but I was less happy with our stay this time around than I have been in the past.

Great time and views
Was there for my company Christmas party which was on my birthday and had a wonderful time. IF I had to complain it would be I had noisy neighbors on the 9th floor, to the point I was awoke twice by screaming and fighting if front my door. Made sure everyone was ok, locked the door and tried to go back to sleep. This is no way a reflection of the hotel. Will stay again
