The bathroom door was difficult to close and the toilet was difficult to flush and really loud. The sound proofing was not great.

The floor in the room was not very clean. We checked in late and had to get up early so didn’t say anything I wasted som water on the floor and I wiped it up and the towel was so dirty and hair.

I liked the Bonvoy attachment to my reservation. It was amazing to have the ease of getting snacks and drinks when i needed it. well worth paying the extra money and going through expedia for it.

Overall, the quality of the Delta Hotel. The only problem I experienced was with the heat. I kept turning the heat up but was unable to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

The room was clean, the mattress was breaking down and noisy but fairly comfortable. The soap in the shower was empty when we checked in. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really don't appreciate having to pay extra for parking. Just wrap it into the cost of the room.

The hotel was comfortable however fire alarm went off at 7am and staff was casually outside smoking! This continued for over an hour with no fire trucks in sight! Guests were lined up outside in freezing weather and staff was not informing us of what was occurring. We decided to cut our stay short and just leave. Horrible experience!
