Person at the front desk didn't know what rewards was, which was how I had already paid, and tried to charge me again. Just seems to be the new normal, with everything, so just be sure you don't pay twice if you stay here. Heater for the hot tub and pool is broken as of 11/7, so hopefully they get on fixing that, although they did both smell and seemed neither had been treated in days so doubtful they really care about either of those. The room and breakfast, however, were top notch
