The staff were not helpful their children in hotel while they work. Pool was not heated hot tub doesn’t work. Breakfast worse I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. No hot water for tea, toaster almost on fire, no variety of food. TERRIBLE! I will not be recommending Hilton ever again. Please stay somewhere else

The property was clean and spacious, as advertised. We loved the bar and the bartender, Nick, was amazing. The breakfast was delicious (they had real eggs with herbs). Check in was easy. We will definitely return!

Quick stay
The bed was so amazing! Love the mattress and bankets they have. The walk in shower is a lovely perk. Had a few comments that i telayed to the front desk and the night time front desk manager was wonderful with everything and very accommodating. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was good with good hours too. I absolutely would stay here again

The room was not equiped with all the amenity mentioned. One of the light didnt work. Kitchen had no pots or pan. No extra pillow available. The AC didnt work.

Very outdated room. Desk chair was torn burners on stove where nasty looking. Garbage can under sink had old coffee grounds under garbage bag. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Had to ask for clean towels and they never came to clean the room until day 4 of our stay. Hotel.staff was not very friendly at all. There was always stuff laying in the hall way in on the floor of the elevator.

The staff was helpful. One elevator was out of order, the credit card reader was not working, and the the lock was not working on the room. The staff worked through these issues, so I think the staff is great. There is definitely maintenance that needs to be done at this hotel to elevate the experience.

Fabulous Stay!
My stay was nothing short of fantastic. The exceptional service, warm and welcoming staff, and attention to detail made it a truly memorable experience. Person at the front desk didn't know what rewards was, which was how I had already paid, and tried to charge me again. Just seems to be the new normal, with everything, so just be sure you don't pay twice if you stay here. Heater for the hot tub and pool is broken as of 11/7, so hopefully they get on fixing that, although they did both smell and seemed neither had been treated in days so doubtful they really care about either of those. The room and breakfast, however, were top notch

The property was very unsatisfactory. We were given a room that was occupied or items were left behind and not cleaned. Had to go back and get another room. Halls were very dirty with food scraps and paper on the floor, obviously had not been vacuumed in awhile. Our room only had one towel and walls had stains and smears and room looked only lightly cleaned. One positive was front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly and apologized for the room mistake and gave us clean towels.

Property in general is outdated and could definitely be cleaner. Staff left dirty dishes in dishwasher that I had to wash. Toilet didn't function properly. No bedding was left in room for the pull out couch. Was told a manager would be up to speak with me and that never happened. Staff did NOTHING to rectify the situation and never offered a discount of any kind. Rather disappointing for a Hilton affiliate.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The property is in desperate need of a remodel. It’s very old and dingy. The rooms are not clean. We found a napkin when we pulled back the covers (could’ve been a lot worse) but it didn’t give me a lot of faith that they change the sheets. At check in neither of the key cards worked and then on our last night the keys stopped working and had to get those reactivated again. The staff doesn’t seem to care about any concerns of cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend. Usually these types of hotels are nice, but this one definitely wasn’t.

It was a perfect place for us during spring break vacation. Surprisingly Hotel room are beautifully well design color matching with furnitures, Continental Breakfast is delicious, lounge Room is nice & cozy, pool is the best heated pool with SPA for 8 people with outdoor dining tables
