My room was filled with backed up dust throughout the room, sheets were not clean, bathroom faucet was dirty. The resort has a stupid rule for kids not to be allowed to swim after 9, the last 2hrs is adult swim only. It’s Spring Break children wants to swim and enjoy their vacation, especially when it’s too cold for the beach and with the resort having an inside pool. Just crazy.

Semi-updated rooms, but the hotel shows its age. Nice kitchen appliances in the deluxe suite. It took us over 24 hours to get replacement towels and washcloths. The pull-out sofa mattress was not covered and it was dirty. Only one of the two elevators functioned and it was extremely slow, with wait times exceeding 5 minutes at busy times in the mornings and late afternoons. Do not attempt to park a large SUV or pickup truck in the garage. Spaces and height are designed for compact to standard vehicles.

The front desk staff and maintenance/cleaning staff were quick and helpful. The hallways do have an old cigarette smell but the rooms do not have the same bad smell. Our rooms were recently upgraded and in fairly good condition. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. One working elevator right now that goes super slow was very inconvenient but that was probably the worst part of the stag for us, so not the end of the world. The parking garage is super small and full of tight spaces that weren’t very convenient to park in, but the top level was fine, again, not end of the world stuff. Overall, I would book here again, given the price we paid.

We came during off season, and it still seemed like the resort was overwhelmed and understaffed. Overall, everything was good and clean and any problems were taken care of. Definitely would appreciate more consistency during stay with things like adult swim (hot tub was constantly packed with little kids)

This property had everything that you could ask for. Easy access to the pool, hot tub, inside games room, pool table, and comfortable common areas are perfect for the times when you just want to chill at the hotel. The hotel is so close to everything, the beach, restaurants and shopping are just steps away. We really enjoyed ourselves at this resort, and we will return.

Toilet full of pooh at the pool. 2nd toilet didn’t even work. Only one elevator was working. The staff was nice, but never again. I got a refund for the 2nd day.

Only had one elevator working during a weekend that had a marathon and soccer tournament. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but didn’t seem to have correct information regarding road closures for marathon that basically ran completely around the property.

Overall we were not pleased with our stay. The walls were very thin and we could hear a lot of noisy people all throughout the night. The parking was also difficult for a large SUV.

I chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool. When we arrived it was under renovation, this was not on their website, a note on the pool area door stated we could use "their sister property pool:. It was 17 blocks away! My stay at this resort was unpleasant to say the least. I was awakened by sawing at 6:15 am !! The workers were very disrespectful as some of them were singing and talking outside our door at 7am. They reaked of weed. I must also mention one of the elevator was out of order and wait times were long. Our room had a leak under the sink and no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. I will not be staying here again nor will I recommend this place. I also requested to speak with a manager about my concerns and was told they had left for the day.. if check in is at 4pm I feel a manager should be onsite.

We appreciate your review despite it not being favorable. We'll definitely address the associate comments with the team as well as your room comments. I am happy to report that the all the equipment in for the pool and hot tub have had a full replacement and haven't been an issue since. We are in the process of redoing out pool and hot tub surfaces as well as addressing some cosmetics in the room. I understand your sediment of not returning but hope that knowing your experience is being addressed may change you your mind should your travels lead back to the area.

I'll give a pass for not being insightful enough to have enough bedding and things in a room that sleeps 6 with 6 on the reservation. No hotel seems to get that right these days. Who, after all, in the heck travels with 6 people? It's inconceivable What I can't understand is why the staff can't seem to figure out what the term bedding means, even when specified as pillows, sheets, and blankets; when you ask them for the bedding that theoretically should be in the room already. It shouldn't take nearly as long as it did to round that up. Other than that, I loved the stay. The room was great once we got it set up. It is in a great location and fit my family of 6 comfortably. There was some maintenance ongoing and that comes with some inconvenience, but also should be expected during the off season. Be careful in the parking garage. The low points on the ceiling are not well marked. My rocket box found that out the hard way...

Additionally, we are nearing the finish line on the elevator update, which is a project that takes months. Hopefully, you're able to return this year and have a much more favorable experience.

This hotel provided a lot more than we expected. The kitchen was comfortable and it was packed with everything we needed all we had to do was bring the groceries. The view was spectacular, friendly employees, walking distance from shops, dining, breakfast locations and better than everything, a walk to the boardwalk.

Worst vacation ever
No bedding for the pullout sofa. There was an evacuation of the hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning with no explanation. The staff didn’t even want to talk to you about it rudeness of the front desk people the worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had in my life And I’ve asked to speak with a manager and I still yet to this minute have not had a manager call me or send me an email or anything

The staff was friendly but this is an older property in need of some TLC. If you are not picky, it is an inexpensive solution for your vacation needs as it is locatjist across the street from the beach.
