Is what It Is....

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff with one exception leaves a lot to be desired. The gentleman manning the desk on the second day was pleasant and helpful.
Arrived on Sunday, checked in and was given a hard time about not wanting to provide an email address. Went to room and found a neat room but with a musty smell and black mold on bottom of shower curtain. Tried to turn on lights and found 2 of 3 unplugged. Was able to get two plugged in but third wasn't located on the dresser to the right of the bed wasn't anywhere near an outlet. Unable to study in room as lights are so low wattage that you are unable to read in bed. On Second day, room wasn't serviced. Had to go to desk for towels at 5pm. On forth day, room again wasn't serviced and I had to go to desk once again for clean towels at 6pm. Breakfast, while "there" left a lot to be desired. The eggs were so over cooked as to be a rubber substitute. No fresh fruit and yogurt was past expiration date.

This room/hotel did the job from a having a place to lay our heads standpoint. The common areas aren't appealing. The neighborhood isn't somewhere I'd let my wife walk outside after dark. During the day is fine. We stayed here becuz they accept pets & very few others did @ the cheap rate, so we got what we paid for, essentially. Thanks

Just needed a place to crash for the night while visiting family and my boyfriend and I loved our room so much we stayed in both nights. The beds were super comfty! The room was clean, the staff was friendly and I would not hesitate to book another stay there
