Dirty hotel

Our room was filthy, beer stains on the walls, dirty floors, no complimentary soap. We tried to stay somewhere else but all the rooms were booked up and we had already paid for this room (overpriced for sure). Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Overall I had a good time its a good location off the beach. Only thing u need a pillow top on the mattress ur back will be hurting and what the use of having a kitchen with no dishes. But I would go back cause of the location at 60.00

It was very convenient to the South Beach Grill and close to the beach just wish I still had time to stay longer. Hotel is old but the staff was very helpful.

Pros: Room was spacious and had a full size refrigerator. The pool area was convenient and pleasant.
Cons: Provide dishes, utensils, and cookware in the kitchen as well as a coffee maker and blender.
Location: Since it was Labor day, there was a music festival and half marathon with lots to do.
Room with balcony although not in view of the ocean. Disappointed that although there was a full size refrigerator and 2 burner stove, no dishes, pans, silverware, blender, or coffee maker were provided. Had I known that, I would not have brought a cooler with food to cook in the room. Due to full capacity, there was only one parking space available. The staff was very responsive when I reported a light out in the bathroom and made suggestions of other places to park.

Great price and location

Can't beat the location for this price. Only on block from the ocean. Room was dated but clean, had a kitchen but no dishes or cookware. Served our needs well. They won't tell you there is an ocean view, but you can see it from public balconies on upper floors and a few rooms on the top have a window with an ocean view. The only negatives for me were noise. Walls are thin so we ran the bath and kitchen fans to drown it out while sleeping. Some kids in the room next to us slammed the door a lot, sometimes late but can't really blame the hotel for that. Also the breakfast was VERY minimal, weak coffee, powdered cream, juice and miniature muffins/ donuts. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Checkout on Labor Day was 11am but they let us park there until 3pm so we could spend some last minute time at the beach before the drive home. Overall a great bargain!!

Hotel with Great Value

This hotel does not have the bells-and-whistles of some of the fancier hotels on the Boardwalk but it's walking distance away from all the beach and other main attractions. We did exchange towels a few times because they were stained but the staff there was friendly and accommodating of our requests.

Worst hotel ever, seriously!!!

Paid almost $200 per night for a run down cheap motel room that's how we felt. Punched wholes in the walls, broken lamps and appliances, door problems all 3 days, smelly rugs, overall worst nightmare ever!!!
