The stay met all of our needs. Good value.Posted Oct 2, 2013
Cons: Serve a breakfast.
We needed a place to stay while attending a funeral. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to family and funeral home. Shopping close by if you needed anything.

Pros: The room was clean.
Location: Chuck E Cheese was close by.
Expedia showed us a hotel with swimming pool, hot tub and full breakfast. I checked in and later found that the hotel used their swimming pool as a storage area along with the hot tub (no water.) I mentioned this at the front desk and was told that yeah, they used to have water in them but no more. I said that I have two kids who have been looking forward to swimming in a pool and that was important for me in reserving this room. She told me I could cancel my reservation, but it would cost me $20.00 to do it. We hadn't been there for more than 10 minutes! I usually don't take one ratings to heart because it's usually a specific incident like the hair dryer in the room was broken or the room wasn't clean maybe the front desk wasn't as attentive as they should be. Basically the result of something being over looked or someone having a bad day. Nope, these people knew exactly what they were doing. They were offering substandard accommodations for the money and if you protested, it was going to cost you $20.00 to leave. The room looked nice and it was clean, but it was the lies about the rest of the property that merits a one rating not to mention charging someone $20.00 for leaving due to the hotel not living up to what it advertised. I don't know if they served their "full complementary breakfast," but I wasn't willing to stick around to find out.

Excellent all around.Posted Jun 18, 2012
Pros: Hot breakfast, with everything from waffles to eggs, bacon/sausage, as well as cold cereals, milk, juices, bagels and danishes.
Location: Needs a better sign out front, as it's not visible from the road and the signage is smaller than the church that's in front of it.
Very nice room, comfortable, two doubles + a foldout couch. The foldout was great, as we have two small kids, and they don't sleep well together (too much rolling), so they each got their own bed. The room came with two TVs, so the kids could watch their shows on theirs, while my wife and I had ours. Great hot breakfast in the morning, with much more than your standard continental. Really small pool that we didn't get to use, but could be fun for kids. The room was very humid, even though the AC was running, but it wasn't a problem. I needed a late checkout, and the service desk acted as though that was a big deal, but they gave me until 1pm (standard checkout is 12). They need a bigger sign out front; getting to the hotel was tricky, and we drove past it as it was tucked back behind some foliage and a church.

Pros: The comfort
Location: the location was excellent very close to shopping and restaurants
After reasearching hotels in the area I decided on this one because of the reviews and was not disappointed. The breakfast was not the ordinary breakfast was superb and plentiful even getting there just before it was over. THe staff was very pleasant and nice also. When visiting the area will surely stay here again.
