I liked the microwave and refrigerator, being in the room. I liked the size of the TV. I did not like not having enough towels in the room for me and my 3 guests. I did not like the soap dispenser in the shower being empty and hard to dispense. The room was a bit small, but doable. I love having free coffee in the front, but there was no non-sweetener, just regular sugar. there also were no lids for the coffee cups. Checkin/out was easy.

I have seen a lot of poor reviews on this place but I figured I would try anyway. My room was spotless, I did not see any bugs or anything of the sort. The beds were comfortable and the room smelt nice. I actually had the luxury of meeting the owner and I can tell he takes pride in his properties very nice guy. I was brought towels, wash clothes and trash bags daily. Staff was very friendly. The area does have a bit of foot traffic but after all it is a big city. If I ever go back to the area again I will definitely use their services again. Price was just to hard to beat and service was solid.

It was in a rough neighborhood, smelled like a pot smoking festival as soon as we walked in and all through the building. The room stank, no clean towels, mold in the bath tub, cigarette holes in sheets, and unidentifiable bugs. Would not recommend to anyone

So the hotel is in a pretty rough area but its still a good cheap hotel. The staff is really nice and the rooms are nice enough especially for the price point!

The room was very basic but clean and had what you would excpect microwave, fridge, large screen tv. Its close to a busy intersection so kinda noisy at times. Very close to alot of places to eat and a Wawa about 2 blocks away. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

1st room had a musty moldy smell on the 1st floor. Fire extinguisher was broken. They changed us to the 2nd floor which was much better. Clean spacious room.

The floors were filthy and the room smelled very musky or like mold. Was very quiet.
