The bathtub was dirty and so was the jetted tub. The bathroom sink kept stopping up. The sink in the kitchen area was out of order. Besides that, the bedding was clean. However, I wish i fidnt have to clean out the tub before getting in it

I would stay here again. Check in was quick and easy, had some issues with the keys but the man at the front desk had it resolved quickly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a microwave & small fridge. Free breakfast in the morning is always a nice touch!

Relaxing Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Suites. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean, spacious, and had the amenities we required. The breakfast was a good start to our busy days. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

I booked this hotel for 4 days from 23rd to 27th December 2023. I parked my car in front of Hotel facing towards road, and my cars catalytic converter has got stolen on 23rd Dec night. Hotel says their surveillance camera didn’t capture that portion of parking lot. When I called 911 they said it is not an emergency issue. Parking spot is closer to front desk, still hotels night staff didn’t notice any sound or movement. I ruined my entire 4 days holiday during Christmas time. Although rooms are nice and clean this hotel not feel safe for families.

it was a nice room i would have prefered a suite with the seprate bed room but i did book late so that was my fault other than that i have no complaints just a suggestion think about removing some of the carpets it was very hard to move around on the carpeting in my wheel chair just a suggestion

The second night I found a big on my bed and the my pillow case had spots of fresh blood. So turn out my bed was infested with bed bugs or something. I called the hotel and they changed my room. I had to wash all my clothes and I’m still itching. Gross

Helpful Suggestions
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The thing I did not like about your service was the fact that you clean rooms ie Provide clean linen and supplies every other day this is annoying esp if you have disposed of food after meals etc. I think if nothing else garbage pick up and then additional plastic bags would be helpful. Breakfast was nice and areas very clean.

It took 15 minutes before someone showed up at the desk to check us in. There was an overwhelming marijuana smell in the lobby at check in. Later in our room the same overwhelming smell was present from either the hall or a neighboring room. This was supposedly a non smoking facility!

2nd day in already had problems with Wi-Fi not being able to connect even after restarting phone. Had problems with keycard constantly even thought they said not to have it around your phone, did exactly that but it was still happening. Besides that the place was moderately clean
