So so hotel

The reason I picked this hotel was because of the restaurant on site. The closed before the time they had listed and laughed about it. The bed was not comfortable. The hotel had one elevator. The hotel smelled old. The staff was nice. The fitness room didn't have working treadmills. Won't stay there again.

Convenient & Excellent in everyway

Pros: everything....the convenience, cleanliness, comfort, lots of amenities.

Location: staying inside the hotel and relaxing. didn't go out because I had no car and only stayed for one night. I'm sure it is convenient to everything.
I was stock in Charleston 3/2,3/3,3/4 because of terrible weather. my flight got cancelled twice. the second time it got cancelled i called my mom and she immediately found Radisson hotel charleston airport. called the hotel and spoke to Gina. Not only the place was excellent it was very convenient. they have a shuttle that picked me up from the airport then dropped me off the following morning to fly out at 5:30 a.m. the shuttle service starts operating at 4:30 a.m. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, has convenient restaurant, had some good cheese burger there. lastly, the service was excellent. Gina remembered my Mom's dilemma about my cancelled flight and she gave me a few dollars off for my one night stay. Thank you Radisson. I will definitely come back and stay again.

silly extend a bed from quean to king size .... just go out and buy king size matresses bathroom was ols beat property was tired overall as was staff

not a pleasant place to stay

Parts of the hotel was under construction. Kitchen stove not working. Bathroom in lobby were under repair. Room smelled as if someone had received a perm. Hotel receptionist treated me unprofessional. Called to be picked and was treated as if I had called several time and it was the first time call. The only pleasant time was the man (William) who transported us to the hotel and the bar tender. They were professional.

Convenient to Airport

disappointing

Pros: some of the furniture was very nice

The hotel bathroom was broke. No one was at the desk on two different occasions. The hotel was needed much work. Just thought it would be a much better experience. Normally, Radisson hotel has much finer hotels. Breakfast was even poor and it cost $11.

Not worth the stay

Cons: Repair or replace sleep number beds. Make sure there is enough staff on duty to ensure all rooms are cleaned daily.
Location: Convenient to the airport. I was not distracted by air traffic.
I was not impressed with this hotel. I don't think it lived up to the Radisson name. The room had sleep number beds one of which did not have a control and was flat and the other which the control did not work on and was fully inflated (hard). Also, I stayed two nights and my room was never cleaned. Breakfast bar was not appetizing.
