“Adequate but plagued with problems”
POSITIVES: The location of the hotel in relation to activities scheduled for each day of our stay was outstanding. The social hour evening meals on Wednesday,and Thursday were fantastic. Why go out when a great meal is provided! NEGATIVES: First, when we arrived, we were given a room on the third floor ridiculously far from the elevator despite requesting a first floor room or one near an elevator for medical reasons. Management would not move our room despite many empty rooms each night. Second, the air conditioning in our room was non-existent the first night. The front desk claimed we were setting the thermostat incorrectly before finally admitting the air was down for the entie hotel. It was reset and worked great the second day. Third, no access to ice. No ice machines on any floor except in dining area on first floor. It was a combination water/ice machine which produced maybe 50 ice cubes per hour. Not many for a large hotel. We were told refrigerators in each room had built in ice makers but ours did not work. We were given two plastic ice trays to make our own ice. Worked well....for the second day! Too bad I wanted ice the first night when our room was 90 degrees. The front desk said they would bring up a bag of ice when the machine was ready. Never did get the ice they promised. Fourth, Not a bad breakfast but attendant spoke only broken english and did not know where anything was kept. Suggest eating early each morning because nothing is filled after 8 am.
“Nice Hotel”
Very nice, clean hotel. We utilized this hotel while we were in town for the Baystate Marathon. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but room came with a mini kitchen and we are picky on beds. Would definitely use again and recommend.
“Many, many hotels many cities not so many as sweet as this one.”
The staff was great, the rooms had great layout, continental b-fast actually had home fries and bacon which was unexpected and a great escape from the normal bear claws and bagels. the check out time was awesome 12, which is what i usually get but have to ask for it. price for what your getting was awesome i couldn't be happier. I'll be there again for sure.

basic hotel could not adjust the temperature in the room, had to open the window in January it was so hot coffee maker did not work fire exit blocked by snow
“Pleasant stay”
I got in to the hotel very late both nights I stayed. The front desk folks were welcoming and pleasant both nights. The room was quiet and clean. I had a restful night's sleep both nights.
“Very Clean, Very comfortable, Great Price”
I was expecting less that what I got, at the rate I paid for this room. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. Ample room with a little kitchenette. I didn't even know it included a light breakfast. It was very cold the night I stayed, and the heater took a while to heat the room, but I brought my own blanket. In the morning, it was nice and toasty. I was there for the RADIO XL, Indoor Flea Market in Westford. I would stay here again.
