Hotel close to familyPosted Feb 10, 2015
Cons: Maintenance needs improving, changing the sheets, used things from others in sheets just nasty, empty trash
The room was dirty, smelled, the heater worked off and on, very disappointed, stayed with another Best Western in Bowling Green, OH, much better hotel, was nervous considering the previous stay, will not stay at the hotel in Monroeville again, will also NOT recommend to my family and friends who visit there quite often

Great hotel near a factory outlet on I75Posted Dec 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Situated near the factory outlet & near of the cheapest gas stations in Ohio. Hotel is clean, WIFI is super. My only small problem was the poor breakfast, not the basic food they promised but on the day I went for breakfast, it appeared that the eggs were bad. Everything else was fine.

If you have to stay in Monroe, Ohio you could stay here. Or better yet, don't stay in Monroe. At least the Best Western is significantly better than the Wave hotel next door, where I stayed last time I was forced into I75 adjacent lodging in southwestern Ohio.

Don't count on much from this place...Posted Dec 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
TV didn't work in first room, so we were moved to a second. At midnight fire alarm in our room went off (no other rooms affected), and they moved us to another room. We stayed 3 nights, and cleaning service never cleaned our room once... VERY disappointed with this hotel.

Good for Business StayPosted Dec 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The price was right for what I needed on a business stay. Easy access to I-75. Will consider to use again.

Thanksgiving TravelPosted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast fare is pretty standard.
Location: There is an outlet mall nearby.
The hotel is very convenient for a stay near family. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The morning staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The city water supply had an issue on Thanksgiving morning (a nearby three alarm fire caused the city water supply to be stirred up and the water was a rusty color for a few hours until the city system was flushed out). The hotel staff tried to handle it very professionally. We checked out not knowing if we would have water or not. But the staff held our rooms for us in case, and the problem did clear up by the afternoon.

Don't stay in this hotelPosted Nov 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
On the second day of our stay the water turned orange. We also had $25 stolen from our room by the hotel maid service. I reported the stolen money to the front office but I did not hear anything from the management. This is one of the worst hotels I have experienced.
