We had a great experience. needed to switch from a King bed to two Queens when we got there and it wasn't a problem! Great Staff

Very clean room, friendly staff, most comfortable beds ever! Housekeeping so nice and helpful. Was given late checkout without any hassle -- great place to stay!!

I was in Mason for work. THe hotel is nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. THe staff was always nice.

Nice hotel

Location: Shopping, restaurants, King's Island Nearby
Nice hotel with great proximity to everything. Good value for the money. My only complain was that our room, 238, had a super hard bed....the "adjustment" settings did not work. The heat wouldn't really kick on unless I set it at 75+.....so we were either hot, or too cold. I told the front desk about it upon checkout, since the hotel was at full capacity there wasn't anything they could do. All in all, we like Hilton Garden Inn for the value and cleanliness!

Great inexpensive hotel

Other than the beds being uncomfortable I would recommend this hotel. It has amenities usually only gound in expensive places. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great for our mini vacation

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable!
Cons: There was no complimentary breakfast--which was a bit inconvenient.
Location: Graeter's Ice Cream is almost right next door!
My fiancé booked 3 nights, and I had to book the 4th. In spite of the confusion when booking, the front desk staff helped us stay in the same room all 4 nights--which was great! I accidentally left the "do not disturb" sign on the door until 3-4pm, finally removed it, and when we returned to the room that evening, our room had been cleaned!

Cons: I had a room with a very noisy air-conditioner. It made sleep difficult.

AWESOME STAY!!

Absolutely love staying at this hotel. Graeters ice cream in the parking lot, very clean, very friendly staff....especially, "DANA" from Liberty Twp. She's a tremendous asset to this location's staff. We will absolutely go out of our way to stay here from now on. I stay weeks on end in Cincinnati a few times a year. I will absolutely try to stay at this HGI location!
