This property was full of people that were addicts. I didn’t feel safe so I asked for a refund.

I paid for 6 days, my trash was never taken. I had to look for someone for towels and toilet paper. My sheets were never changed. The faucet handle on the sink was broken. The shower faucet was broken as well. Still have no idea where the ice was located but with how everything else was going pry best. I walked into my room and it smelled of cigarettes which was disgusting. The fact you don’t have a bathroom on the main level for people checking in was disturbing. The photos online are not what the hotel looks like. One of the lamps in my room was unplugged and broken. Not impressed for what I spent. Ended up checking out a day early and didn’t get any money back. Very disappointing.

Its a cheap place to stay right off the interstate and they have breakfast. There are restaurants, convenince stores, and other useful businesses within walking distance. The neighborhood isnt the greatest and there is plenty of noise at night but the place is safe and secure place. With entries that require a key card to enter.

Because of the weather, we needed to stay for just one night but had trouble changing the reservation until the next morning when the manager,his name may have been Ryan, solved the problem...He was terrifice!!!!!!
