“It worked”

Hotel was fairly nice. Served us as a place to flop - nothing special. Easy to get to - just off I-91. Very noisey - hallway noise, water running through pipes when others used shower &/or flushed toilet. The blower for the airconditioner was extremely annoying.

“Comedy of Errors”

This hotel after a while didn't faze me, because I was always expecting the worst outcome after my first few interactions,, then also, I was reminding myself that I have experienced worse- but only in developing countries. Arrived on a 95 degree day. Halls were not air-conditioned and my room was a steam bath when I arrived. TV did not work and still doesn;t after 4 hours and numerous (LATE) visits from maintenance. Desk chair broken, can't be adjusted. I switched it with another chair and that one is broken also. Old. outdated equipment in the "fitness room", no remote for the TV, so couldn't watch TV while working out. The bathrooms are just horrific. One of two ice dispensers broken so had to roam all over the hotel in un-air-conditioned halls sweating my butt off to find ice. Restaurant almost as bad, lousy service, the waitresses double as room service so don't expect good service from either the pub or room service. Oh, and the Maintenance worker doubles as the van driver, so he probably won't be around when you need him either. I now have an hour waiting for maintenance man who was returning in ten minutes and still no TV after 4 hours. One of the worst hotel stays ever- and I don't complain, I've spent too much time in developing countries, but this place is a nightmare! One of the worst hotel stays EVER
