"This resort was a total surprise to me. The location was perfect, just a short 20min walk or (60$ peso taxi) to the Malecon. The pools are wonderful. The resort is super clean. Food has so much flavour and lots of variety. Now for the best part, the staff. They are all so amazing. Every single person we walked past or spoke to were so pleasant. Whether you were in the elevator or just wandering the grounds, every single person greeted you. I am trying to learn Spanish and was encouraged by everyone I practiced with (everyone lol). We went to La Villita restaurant (buffet) was the place we went to most as the food choices as well as the flavour was so delish! Everyone is so friendly but we want to mention 3 in particular. Oliveria, Ringo and Pamela. (Thank you so much for all the Spanish lessons, as well as the laughs!) The Mexican people are for sure the nicest we have met as well, their sense of humour is the best! Please, please ensure you account for tipping when travelling, the staff work their behinds off to ensure your vacation is unforgettable. Sara and her family that are just outside the grounds on the beach are so wonderful as well. I purchased a blanket and Sara braided my hair twice. She is so lovely, and is a new friend that I will definitely keep in touch with! The resort was great, but the staff made it unforgettable! Didn’t care for the beach, I know that is just the way it is. But that was the only negative. Would go back for sure!"

"This was our second stay here and the service is amazing. Sergio, Johnny and Nacho are fantastic pool/beach waiters. The two waitresses in the lounge in the evening, Lily and Esmerelda were also great. The hostess in La Cevicheria and breakfast buffet Danae is the best. She has such a kind positive presence. Room was very nice and food was great for a resort."

"We had a family vacation here and it was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and always friendly. The facilities were always clean and everything was gorgeous. The food at the restaurants was okay but for anyone with dietary restrictions, options were limited but you can make it work. You do need to get towels on patio chairs around 8am to ensure you get a spot of your choosing. They will pick up towels if you leave them too long unattended so leave your cheap flip flops with it. We booked excursions right at the hotel, and were able to get Uber or taxis to pick up directly in front and staff will call for taxis for you. Part of our family took advantage of the “babysitting” service. Kids got to do activities and staff took them for meals and played in the kids pool area. This is a great place for the price. (I’m vegan and I was able to have enough food options even though they were limited)"
