"Perfect location . Excellent service. Great food"
Arriving at the resort and discovering the wifi costs per device policy was off putting. However it worked perfectly everywhere on the resort including the beach.
The employee's were ALL very friendly and helpful.
The entertainment, activities, and availability of tours in the lobby also contributed to a great first time in PV for my daughter and I.

We just got back from staying at this resort and we already have made plans to come back next year!
As a couple who came and stayed at this resort without our children, we discovered that it was a great place for the two of us as well as for the children. There is an adult only Jacuzzi with pool, which was close to our room. So many choice s of food to eat. Different bars to sit at if we wanted and a whole stretch of beach to walk down everyday. I did take notice off all the great kids events and pools as well and i know my child will have a great time there. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to help you with anything you need.

We've been to many places in Puerto Vallarta, but always come back to Los Tules for the peaceful relaxing beach and pools-during the week (weekends are busier with Mexican families). Lush coconut groves, low-rise condos with stairs that seem to be designed by Dr Seuss, and plenty of pools and loungers to enjoy. This was our first rental with Villas Del Sol (one of several ways to visit Los Tules) and their service was fine--no inventory hassles and a late checkout granted with no extra charge. We had a ground floor studio in building 20 which faces the adjoining Fiesta Americana hotel. We used to visit their bar and restaurant which we judged slightly better than Los Tules' own, but they recently became all-inclusive and have put up a fence to keep the Los Tules visitors out--disappointing. As for the room, it's like others have said: great kitchen, hard bed, kind of shabby interior, but great value for the location and worth the trade-off, in our opinion. We'll keep coming back!

Large resorts dominate the Hotel Zone, arguably the center of Puerto Vallarta tourism. This area includes the Maritime Terminal, where cruise ships dock. Across the street, visitors can see authentic bullfights at La Paloma Bullring. Like its southern half, the North Hotel Zone’s main attraction is the crescent-shaped bay. Water sports are in abundance, as are restaurants, bars, and shops.
