Very convenient to have a little separated space in the room where we could put a packnplay. We were able to put the baby to sleep with a sound machine before the rest of us. Nice clean room too.

The indoor pool is at 75 degrees even after the front desk person says this is a regular complaint and that Mr. Patel refuses to make it any warmer. It was so cold we couldn’t swim. This was in April and it’s still set to 75. We chose this location because of the pool. They offered us nothing to remedy our frustration. We will not return to Comfort Inn because of this stay.

The room is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. It is located near a junction of an interstate so it is easy to get to Knoxville downtown.

Had trouble getting into my room for 2 of the 3 nights. Got sick second day in, air filters not been changed out - mold exposure. The hotel is next to a fire station - usually can't hear it but between the fire trucks and people racing down the road with loud mufflers, it is not a peaceful place.

My dad and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting my brother at UT Medical Center. I felt the hotel offered so much more than other hotels in the same price range. We enjoyed having the separate area with the sofa and tv. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, very clean and breakfast was good also.

A very nice place. Spacious room. It's a little more costly than some but it's worth the price. Our thermostat was not working right but it maintained 70° in the room which was ok to sleep. That's about all we were there for. Good breakfast too.

Great Stay
Very clean, Ladies at the front were super helpful and nice. The breakfast both days was awesome for a free hotel breakfast. There were two ladies doing the breakfast and they were on top of it the whole time, there was lots of families and those two ladies had fresh hot food out every few minutes. Would defiantly stay again.

The beds were very comfortable, we didn't hear any noise from other guests, and the place was clean. My kids really enjoyed the small indoor pool. It would be crowded with more than three families, but we had it to ourselves for a while and could not complain. It didn't even have a strong chlorine smell, which is a plus for me! The beds were very comfy but also high--so much so my 7 yo had hard time climbing up. The staff was fantastic! The young woman who checked us in was awesome! Breakfast was very busy, but the items were replenished quickly and no one went hungry. There were hot eggs with cheese and sausage, two waffle makers with two different types of batter, and all the usual cold things like pastries, toast, yogurt, and cereal. The only complaint I could come up with was that one bed was very close to the AC unit and wall. There was not enough space for anyone to pass between the bed and wall. Not a big deal for us.

The hotel smelled bad. Our room was on the ground floor and the hallway and room had an odor that was unpleasant. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely would not stay here again. For $150 per night you can get a much cleaner/nicer place.

While this is an 'economy' hotel it was cleaner and in better condition then some hotels I've stayed in recently that charge 3-4 time as much. It's convenient to the highway and there is a decent supply of chain restaurants around it. It's only another 10 minutes to be in downtown Knoxville if you want finer dining.

All I really care about is cleanliness and service. Both were great. There are little things like no room darkening shades so there were lights shining through. I don’t know what you mean by eco friendly so I gave it a three. Left before the free breakfast It started at 7 am. I would go back.

The maids kept walking into our rooms. We would tell them that we were not finished check out was at noon. They were coming into our rooms at 9 AM. They walked in on family members having sex after they were told not to come into the room that we were there till 12 o’clock. I went downstairs to report it they did it again I will not be staying back at this facility.
