Pros: Over all appearance, staff was very good, breakfast was fresh and replenished frequently
Location: Just passing thru
Clean and fresh property, well maintained, staff was efficient and very friendly with good suggestions for restaurants and trailer parking. Room was well cared for and bed comfortable, air cond. was a little noisey is only negative, but did keep room comfortable.

Great bed for a good price.

Pros: Good bed and pillows. Nice, clean fitness room. Clean room.
Cons: I don't like the layout of Comfort Suites standard king "suite". It's tight and hard to get around in.
Front desk staff person was not very welcoming. She was entering the list of clean rooms into the computer when we arrived, so I understand she was busy with an important task. But she spoke to me as if I was bothering her, rather than asking me politely just to wait a few minutes while she completed it. After that she was friendly and booked our rooms together as we asked.

Close proximity to the beach, but the hotel was in the terrible condition. Outdated rooms and stinky hallway. The toilet was leaking, the towels were worn out and of a suspicious color. Tiny, tiny bathroom. Overall, aweful.

The facilities were very clean and seemed quite new. I would have been happy to have more time to relax in the comfortable room and sleep in the plush beds, but it was much nicer than what I expected for a brief night in the middle of a road trip.

This is such a great deal. Right off the highway if you're traveling and need to get on the road quickly. Restaurants nearby. Very clean!!!! And it sleeps 6!

Needs better housekeeping!

The bed was very comfy and clean sheets with lots of pillows. The continental breakfast was great. ALL other housekeeping factors NEED ATTENTION! First thing I saw When I walked in the room and turned on the floor lamp was a dead bug and a pile of dust bunnies in the corner where the lamp stands. The room needed a good dusting. The bathroom floor needed cleaned. I cleaned the tub ring BEFORE I could take a shower! In the area directly outside our room, there was a decorative table with a vase..... It needed a good dusting (just like our room needed). Altogether, I had expected better. I won't stay here again and that's a sure thing!!!

Pros: pretty handy for my travels. Staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: As noted above, the breakfast: Egg option would be good to have plain scrambled or plain omelette option.
Smooth, easy check-in, room was just as I had booked it, clean, neat, comfortable. Only drawback was shower rod had been deformed by a some prior incident, curtain would not stay closed on either end, but at 12:30 am I was not going to go gripe about it. Notified the desk at checkout about it. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, breakfast was as advertised. The only thing I"d suggest is that they have an egg option that does not include cheese.
