We did not stay. Reported to be under renovation, the room we were assigned was rundown and, though likely clean, unpleasant looking and had an odor. We would have been one of only a couple people staying there.

I paid $258 because the pictures looked good and they had an indoor pool. When we arrived, the place was deplorable, it’s under renovation and the pool was under renovation. The pool was literally the main reason I rented it. We went up to the room and there were huge scratches all over the doors, the door that separated our room from the next-door room had been busted in, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, there were huge marks on the walls where pictures once hung, there were drywall repairs all over the bathroom, it was literally disgusting I would not take money to stay there let alone pay money. I almost never complain but this needs to be reported. I got on a chat with Expedia to try to get a refund and it was disconnected three times before they gave up and hung up on me. I found a phone number online and called and the man was very nice and I was refunded everything.

There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. One bedside lamp was not functional and neither was the whole outlet associated with it. Cockroaches in the bathroom at night. Hot breakfast was to be included. One stale biscuit was available. No bowls or milk for cereal. Eggs watery and salty.

First, the hallway’s carpet and walls were outdated. The first room we were given was not ready with beds not made and trash full. They gave us a second room and it was disgusting with residue of what appeared to be throw up on the headboard of the bed and grease finger marks on the desk and chair. The beds had yellowing pillows and no bed protectors. When we lifted the sheets, the mattress had yellow stains and I wouldn’t be surprised if it had bedbugs! It was awful we ended up leaving and booking somewhere else. This hotel looked suspicious and creepy as the parking lot had very few cars and the top floors vacant or maybe under renovations! Don’t stay here!

The main areas were nice but our room was disgusting. It smelled mildewy. There was mold in the shower. The sheets had burn holes and the pillows and pillow cases were tinted yellow. There was hair on the sheets when pulling back the comforter. The toilet paper holder was broken. The Kleenex box was covered in stuff and the shampoo and conditioner had definitely been used before, they were not new. There was an old water heater left in the middle of the parking lot. It didn’t seem like construction was going on but all the windows on the second and third floor were covered in plastic with holes. The Red Roof Inn across the street looked in better condition for half the cost of this place.

It was awful - smokey when got off elevator; construction going on and same elevator for customers was used and dirty by them and smoky. No hot water to take shower! Immedicately transferred to another hotel. would never recommend to others.

Staff were so friendly & the breakfast were awesome. Fresh waffles and yogurt really is nice in the morning. Room 112 was situated in the ground floor which is nice but when you open the door, it smell like smoke and someone just did number 2 on the toilet. The shower room walls were clean but the floor was so dirty especially the corners. I think Room 114 smoked in the bathroom because you can really smell it. Fire hazard for the hotel since all of the rooms are non smoking according to the website. I wished I have taken pictures but you can check Room 112 right now and you can prove what I am saying and paint are peeling off. Need some cleaning and painting ASAP.

Birthday stay.
Well I will say that the bed was comfy. I had issue with cigarette smell and weed smell everywhere. Ants in the bathroom. Hot water ran out after 10 minute shower. Coffee pot broken, does not stop brewing and smelled like something was off. Extremely noisy do to construction. No restaurant that was open, and no biscuits during the free breakfast. Hallways had security cameras dangling/broken. Elevator lights not all working and dirty from construction. Room attendee and front desk person arguing about what room she was to clean. Bathroom door broken and unlockable. Paint was not done very well in the room and telephone was missing almost all the buttons, weird. Drawer handles missing hardware. I was there with my daughter and I made the decision to leave early knowing that I was forfeiting my own money but it was of no concern for the front desk person he seemed like it was normal, there were other guests who mentioned the same things that I had as well. I feel like there was no real supervision at this property and little understanding or sympathy about the guests. I gave no issues to anyone, I simply said a few things to the gentleman at the front desk about the smoke smell and the hot water running out since my daughter needed a shower and is young so the smell was inconvenient. He said much to nothing so , anyways I wish this was not the case. It takes a bit more than one or two things that could have been better for me to leave a review like this.

Worst hotel!! Scam
Terrible!!! SCAM... Hotel is in a pathetic condition!! Please AVOID this hotel. We checked in and had to change 2 rooms before we could finally found a room that had working washroom. Rooms are not maintained. Sheet on the bed are old and it was not changed. Toilet flush isn't working in most of the rooms. ( few other families were talking about it) in the lobby. In the name of Breakfast they had only cereals and eggs with buscuits. Guys, uou must avoid this hotel. Owner is not maintaing this hotel for some reason as told by one of the staff member.

You get what you pay for
One night stay while traveling. At first blush the Lobby is nice and newly renovated but then we realized that it was CURRENTLY going under renovations. The hallway to the room smelled like smoke and whatever other items guests were cooking. The carpet was dated. In the room, you could tell they had done some cosmetic upkeep (new bath tile, shower surround, fresh paint in the main room) but the furniture and walls were beat up and it was impossible to figure out the room thermostat. The worst part of the stay was the breakfast. Most items were gone by the time we got there even though there was an hour left in service. That can be forgiven but there was a male hanging out in the dining area that stared at me (female) the ENTIRE time we were there. He was sitting at a hugh top table when we got there with his LEGS on the table, shoes and socks removed, and his hands in his shorts pockets. When we sat down 2 tables away he changed seats so that he was facing our table and when my husband left the table to get something, the person got up and moved to the table next to us. I forcefully told him he needed to back off and he returned to his previous table, again with his LEGS up on the table, and didn't take his eyes off of me the whole time. When my husband returned, he asked the person what his problem was but there was no respect/ response. Finally after I told the person he needed to back off he finally put in his socks and shoes and left staring at me the whole time. Creepy!

Stay somewhere else!
The hotel was in terrible condition. There was plaster peeling off the ceiling in the room, and it was peeling off the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work. Despite its condition, the room did have (what looked like) new carpet, linens, and ac/heat unit, and the room was clean. The common areas of the hotel were absolutely disgusting and the free breakfast was the worst I've ever had. This takes the prize for the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There are at least 5 other hotels that are located at the same highway interchange. Stay at one of them!

If you want a trip back in time this is your place. The staff was great but ownership doesn’t put them in a good position. Stepped onto the elevator no lights, lots of chipped paint (how much does a can of paint cost) hallways smelled terrible but carpet was original probably. No light to enter the room, air vents were disgusting, was afraid to touch anything fearing a disease. Breakfast was empty by 8:15. This property sets a bad impression for others which I hope are better but won’t know since I won’t stay in one again.

Rooms were very outdated and the plumbing was an issue. The toilet screamed when you flushed it, hallways had a fairly overwhelming mildew smell. Front desk was friendly enough but the hotel needs some serious remodeling/updating. For $250 for one night I expected better.

This place was expensive for what it was. Cockroach in the tub. Air conditioning smells like mildew. They put us on a dog floor, and we have no dogs. The floor smells like wet dog and urine. 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I can't believe this is a Clarion branded property. Elevator smelled like urine. Hallway to our room was full of mold smell. Room was atrocious. Patched walls. Missing wall hangings. Bathroom mirror was cut in half. Had to take a cold shower due to no hot water. Free coffee in the mornings was always empty. Will never stay in a Clarion hotel ever again no matter the price.

This is one of the most worn down, dirty, foul smelling hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything smells like a 75 cigarette. The carpet is dirty and worn throughout the entire building. The elevator barely shut because the door is so bent. The smell is so terrible from the front door all the way into the room. The pillows are half size. The toilet paper holder fell off in my hand. The ceiling tiles are very stained and falling off. The level of need for repairs is enormous.

I checked in and once I got to my room, I turned around and checked right back out. This is not a good hotel to stay in. It is very rundown and smells horrible. The gentleman who checked me in and out was very kind. He is the best thing about this hotel.

The room had at least 20 roaches. The ceiling looked like it was going to cave in on us. The power went out on the build at 1130 at night. The AC was out so it got to about 100 degrees no back up generator and the window didnt open.
