The entire hotel needs a complete overhaul! The elevator floor and entry way to the elevator is nasty. One of the first thing a customer sees. Lacks a lot on the breakfast. Ants were in the bathroom ( room 509 ) reported to the front desk when we checked out. When checking in I was given a room then told I needed to sigh a paper stating that if I smoked in the room there would be a charge. I told her no I booked a smoking room she said that's not what they had. I had to pull up my booking on Expedia to show her. Plus I had a service dog and was asked what was the dog because of a disability, don't think they were supposed to ask that once I said she was a service dog. I did it explain that she was for my diabetes. Made me feel like I was being questioned so she could get the "truth" .. like I was a suspect of a crime.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom could use a little TLC- there was a little rust showing in the shower area, and the tub floor was a bit slippery. - it would be better to have some grip pads added so people don't slip. The little kitchen was very nice- although I didn't really need it on this trip. The breakfast was adequate but not super impressive. There were pans of eggs, sausage patties, and biscuits. There was a pot of oatmeal with a few toppings. There was a waffle maker, plus trays of breads, bagels, and muffins. There was a little fridge with yogurt, cream cheese, butter, and hard-boiled eggs. There was coffee and some juice. It was perfectly adequate for me, but I often appreciate having some cereal choices, too, and there wasn't any cereal. The parking lot was a good size- it was easy to get a spot, and all the spots were close to the main front doors. The location was great- only about 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee's campus. I would stay here again.

People not from the hotel sitting in their cars/trucks in the parking lot around the building. Other shady looking characters walking around the parking lot and front of the hotel. Felt unsafe. Older hotel and it took more than 10 minutes to get hot water. The front desk said just leave the water run on all the taps. Water was still not hot.

Over all the staff was excellent and the room were also very comfortable and nice. The elevators could use a little cleaning up daily. we arrived a little late in the evening and when we got on the elevator, it was obvious it hadn't been swept or mopped in days.

It’s conveniently located with several restaurants close— and a short drive (or cheap Uber) away from Knoxville downtown area. The hotel is nothing fancy, but the room is always clean and the staff is great!

I thought I was going to be disappointed because it wasn’t close to the venue and I didn’t know the area well. the pictures don’t really have ALL of the room, just the side with the beds. so I was exceptionally surprised when we walked into the room. It was beautiful, I loved the setup, my roomies where also pleased with my pick so overall it was great. I will stay there again next time I come to Knoxville!

Check in lady was very nice, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tragic. Says 6-9, I arrive at 5 til 8 and there’s no coffee and only a few eggs left, no one to tell visible. Overheard the man at the front desk tell someone he was the only one there.

When checking in, the front desk staff was very nice. We had a maintenance man walk in our room twice to look at something in the ceiling of the bathroom. After he walked in the second time we told him he could not look at anything until we checked out. The ceiling in our bathroom had several tiles moved exposing pipes and wires. The phone in the room did not work. The hot breakfast was good, they really need to invest in a second waffle maker.

Hotel needs some TLC
Customer service was excellent. The keycard did not work at first but the issue was resolved quickly with a free upgrade. Great work customer service! The hotel itself needs some TLC. The hallways had an unpleasant smell. My hotel room was renovated, clean, and had a kitchenette which was useful! Overall, my hotel room was very satisfactory.

Expect the barr minimum of cleanliness
Stayed only 1 night. The staff was kind and polite and the breakfast was as to be expected. However the rooms were not properly clean. The sheets had a sort of film to them. Some towels had hair on them. The floor was sticky as well. The shower was so disgusting with mold I wouldnr shower.
