MY STAY

Posted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: Location- Easy access to everywhere.
Cons: I really feel like I received adequate accomodations
Location: Shopping and casinos all over the place, also some really nice restaurants near by
I enjoyed the room it was exactly what I needed. Quick in and out, easy access to the parking lot- it was a business, pleasure trip so I was on the move. I also enjoyed the Dennys in the morning and I loved the Margaritas.

Small rooms

Posted Jun 13, 2014
The rooms are very small and the facility is due for renovation. The Texas across the street is much better.

Smokers and gamblers

Posted May 4, 2014
Pros: The girls up front were nice, but they should have taken off the first nights stay.
Cons: When this situation occurs about the smoking room, and I know I called two times to verify, please do not tell me the hotel never got the change.
Location: It is in a casino, so if you are a smoker and a gamler this hotel would be okay.
If you are a smoker or a gambler it is probably okay. My profile with Expedia is a non-smoker, but when I booked I saw smoker on the reservation. I called immediately to change and then again two days later to make sure I was in a Non-smoking room. When I arrived I was in a SMOKING room with no non-smoking rooms available. I had to sleep on the chair by the window with my head by the open window. I tried to sleep in my car, but for security reasons they said I could not. They did take off the extra $11.00 a day that was added for the one night that is for "extras", which is internet and other things. The internet did not work none of the days I was there. I could get on for one minute and then I was knocked off. Spent an hour one day with their IT, with no luck. The next day waited for IT to come to my room for an hour before having to leave. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a smoker and a gambler.

A two night stay

Posted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: The buffet was excellent.
Location: Shopping opportunities abound; there's an adjacent ice skating rink, and of course all the gaming.
I was given a downstairs room, rather small with only a shower, not a bath tub. But even though the hotel is old, It was clean and comfortable. The bed also was fine, and the price was reasonable.
