Fantastic stay at The Levin. Staff were very courteous and helpful. We arrived at 7.30am after an early morning arrival into London and they let us have our room straight way which was a nice comfort to have! Convenient base for all sightseeing and only ever a few minutes from anywhere on the tube which station was less than 100m away. All the shopping in the area is a bonus too!

This gem of a hotel was once the Hyde Park Tube! With under 50 rooms you are treated like a house guest instead of a hotel guest! This lovely Art Deco, old Hollywood style Hotel is first class from the Doormen to the Housekeeping Staff - you are treated like royalty. They even offer their Rolls Royce to guests based on availability! No other hotel in London offers this, I must add!!
A luxurious bed (we wanted to take home) a huge television, and a bottle of water every evening are just a few of their luxurious perks!
Close to Harvey Nickles and Harod's - you are in retail heaven! I recommend breakfast there - at least one morning - best bakery basket ever!!
Finally, yes, we will return. Enjoy your stay!!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. The room was large and the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. Everything spotless. The bathrooms were large and had nice amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Complimentary beverages and candy bars in the fridge were nice too! I thought the price was quite reasonable considering how nice the room was. Location is a short walk away from restaurants, and in a very nice area of Kensington.
Management were always available.

We arrived to London for a short visit. We were lucky to find a room for 3 nights at the Arch. Check in took few minutes. We were given a room at the ground floor which seemed to be for limited mobility. The room was wide and so was the bathroom which had many safety bars. We just had some trouble with a plugged sink. The bed was quite uncomfortable bec of the soft uneven mattress. The decor seemed rather striking with many colours especially the wallpaper behind the bed. Iron and board were provided upon request but removed after few hrs when we were out! This was very strange bec every room should have them and if requested they are usually kept for the length of stay. Also a couple of electric bulbs needed to be changed. I think housekeeping should pay more attention to every detail before letting a new guest in. Anyway, I loved everything about the hotel especially the location and the friendly staff. I just hope they overcome these minor defects to reach perfection. I'll be back.

In a residential street off up market Sloane Square this lovely small hotel is a real find if you want a special stay. Packed full of interesting antiques & curios, the rooms are all individually furnished. Ours was at the back on 4th floor and had a sitting area and balcony as well as bed and Moulten Brown products in bathroom. Views over chimney tops to Kings Road &Saatchi Gallery. There's no bar but staff serve drinks in the large & comfy lounge. Our champagne came with strawberries, a lovely touch.
Yes some of the food & drinks are a bit pricey but this IS a pricey part of a pricey city. You'll find cafés &pubs around the block if you need them. Can't wait to check out the family golf resort in Italy

"Wonderful, characterful hotel in a great location"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hazlitt's. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was one of comfortable and relaxed elegance. Our room was charming - a reasonable size, with lots of lovely period features - and we also enjoyed sitting in the library and browsing the wide selection of antique books.
The location was ideal for us - easy walking distance to all the shops, theatres and restaurants we wanted to visit, and not too much street noise despite its proximity to all the Soho nightlife.
The hotel has no restaurant, although it is possible to have breakfast delivered to your room in the morning. We mostly breakfasted elsewhere - we found that the Dean Street Townhouse, which is only a few minutes walk away, serves an excellent breakfast with very good service. However, on the morning we were due to leave we opted to have breakfast served in our room at Hazlitt's, and we were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the food and the generous portion sizes.
