Congratulations to Manager and staff -superb stay.

Pros: Helpfulness: Cleanliness: Comfort. Staff friendliness.
Cons: The receptionist experienced some difficulty in resolving the query on the booking. The Manager dealt with calmness, patience, and professionalism.
Location: Very good location.
Slight difficulty with booking on arrival, but have to say this was dealt with in a very professional manner by the Manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent: We would stay here again, and would recommend this hotel. M. Follett

Good Hotel West London

Pros: Modern, clean, efficient.
Cons: A/C too cold. Small set-down area outside hotel a little tricky to negotiate.
Location: Chiswick High Road has a great selection of restaurants to suit all budgets. Burlington House, Hogarth's House, Turnham Green and Gunnersbury Park.
Good, clean and modern hotel suitable for staying West London. Nearest Tube a bit of a walk away.

Another good stay

Pros: Large rooms
Cons: Plug points near to mirrors would be useful
Location: Great location near pubs and restaurants in Chiswick High Road and near to tube station
We've stayed here 3 times now, and no real complaints. The rooms are lovely although a little noisy but to be expected when you are right by Chiswick High Road! The hotel was clean, the rooms are very large, the bed comfortable and the staff very pleasant. The only comments I would make are that the shower could have been more powerful (i.e. more water, maybe it needs descaling) and there are no plugs by the many mirrors in the room, so if you want to use a hair styler it's a bit tricky to get the lead to reach. Travelodge hotels generally have a plug under a long mirror which is ideal. We noticed they are extending the hotel (currently no parking facilities because of this) so I guess they must be doing well and we are not surprised - Chiswick is a great place to eat and drink and it's so handy knowing there is a great place to stay as well, we will of course be returning!

Cold

Pros: It has a deep bath with lots of fast hot water - so I was able to warm up in the mornings.
Cons: The heating.
Location: It's a good location.
The hotel was cold. The room was cold. The heating didn't work. Although the staff were making an effort with mini heaters and more bedding it didn't take away the cold. It was warmer in the car!

Super Hotel

Sehr gutes Hotel in Stadtrandlage. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. U-Bahn Station in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Gegessen habe ich nicht, daher kann ich dazu keine Bewertung abgeben. 30 Minuten zum Flughafen Heathrow.

Wir haben 3 Nächte über Silvester im Chiswick Moran Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel ist modern und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und wirklich schön! Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes Schwierigkeiten mit der Heizung weshalb unsere Zimmertemperatur zwischendurch bei nur 17 Grad lag. Das ist aber sicherlich nicht die Regel. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt sondern in den naheliegenden Cafés, die ich wirklich nur empfehlen kann- günstig und lecker! Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Super Hotel. Alles Gut.

Pros: Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Freundlichkeit des Personals. Schick eingerichtete Zimmer.
Cons: Alles Gut.
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 10 km westlich vom London Eye. Und ca. 5 km von Hammersmith entfernt. Hammersmith ist ein Vorort und die grosse Busstation
Über Sylvester waren wir 4 Tage in London in diesem Hotel. Preis Leistung sensationell. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. U-Bahnstation ca. 500 Meter von dem Hotel. Hätten nie gedacht das dieses Hotel für diesen Preis so positiv ausfallen würde. War alles gut.

Schickes Hotel in nettem Stadtteil

Ein wirklich schickes Hotel mit toller Einrichtung, die jedoch schon ein wenig älter ist. Trotzdem alles top in Ordnung, keine Abnutzung o. Ä. zu erkennen. Das Personal war total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit war auch 1A. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht direkt "am Schuss" ist, konnte man es prima mit der Underground erreichen - Station quasi direkt vor der Tür! Wir waren wirklich zufrieden!

Lovely stay

Very comfortable beds to sleep on, lovely breakfast in the morning, only downfall was that the shower was barely warm in the morning but other than that we really enjoyed it and would definately stay again!
