“Nice People, Nice Rooms, Affordable Prices.”

Absolutely great! Very nice and helpful people at the desk. Room was very cozy and nice. Kitchenette amenities were just right and the rooms smelled good. Just a quick jaunt to the downtown area or the beach was just a block away and Haystack Rock was right there.

I was given the wrong room on check in without a fireplace. I was given the room with the fireplace but it did not work. The fireplace was repaired by my third night but was not usable for the first two nights of my stay. Otherwise no complaints.

“Very friendly & accommodating hotel”

We had a late asrrival and our packet was ready when we arrived. However, we discovered pets were not allowed and severe penalties were indicated. The next morning we explained the situation to the desk clerk and she was very accommodating and made arrangements for another room at the Sandcastle. The room was a miuch larger suite and served us well for the balance of our visit. We would highly recommend the facility.
