“Seaside's best kept secret!”

Clean rooms, fresh linens and towels, and friendly staff. There are a number of hotel/motels right next to the water and along the main drag in town, but the Microtel is just a short drive away from everything (under five minutes)! The staff was very accommodating and offered us fresh towels for use at the beach and at the local gym/pool, for which Microtel provides free passes! We had a large group and when we requested adjoining rooms (double queens), we were accommodated the next morning. Definitely worth a recommendation and I would be happy to stay there again.

I highly recommend Microtel. The customer service was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and the price is right. the rooms are decorated very well and the air/heat was perfect.

I had read a few reviews from unhappy guests. I do not understand it. The motel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff all very friendly. No, we didn't get our sheets turned down, no mints on the pillow, no room service.. instead we got a great room at a very, VERY reasonable price and used the savings to GO and see the stuff we came to see. This motel is pet friendly, and it seemed at least half the guests indeed had a dog, (including us). Either everyone was very good about pet clean-up, or the staff made sure it was done, I just know it was clean outside too, with picnic tables in the back, and a nice lil steak house right next door for dog friendly meals. I highly recommend this Microtel and WILL be returning. Seaside/Cannon Beach area is wonderful and this is a great 'home base' to enjoy what the area has to offer without spending a fortune just to sleep and store your stuff.

The staff was great and very helpful, on several occasions. Very quiet and the breakfast was good. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but for the price i cant complain.

“Enjoyed our stay at Seaside Microtel”

My wife and I were pleased with the appearance and curb appeal of the Seaside Microtel. We were surprised that our room was not ready due to the lateness of our check-in, however the attendant at the desk gave us a room on the second floor that suited our desires better than a ground floor. The price at that time was well within our budget. We enjoyed our stay at the Microtel very much.

We stayed one night. I wish I would have known that we DID have access to a swimming pool. We would have brought suits. We do love having a pool and I thought we did NOT have a pool (and decided to stay anyway do to good price). The pool is off site and we did not see it. Fine room. Fine breakfast.
