Apologies as well if we were missing a few items for your room, housekeepers work diligently to try and make sure each room has the proper items. (please note that often missing items are in the dishwasher clean and ready to go we just don't always make it back to a room to unload a clean wash) I do appreciate all of your understanding and we will be looking forward to seeing you in the New Year!
