“Liked this hotel”
We enjoyed our stay at the Shilo East Inn. It was clean and the room was nice and in good repair. It had a nice pool and hot tub that was open 24 hours . The desk person was available all the time. They had a nice breakfast in the morning. We will stay there again the next time we visit Seaside Oregon.
“Would go back again”
The hotel worked well for our family. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was not fancy, but clean, confortable and in good condition. The popcorn in the evening was a nice treat, and the morning breakfast was adequate. The pool was opened 24 hours, and the steam room was an added bonus. We would definately go back again.
“Shilo Inn East, Seaside, OR - great stay for the price”
The steam room, sauna, and pool were great; however, we were disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission all three days of our stay. They offer a great complimentary breakfast too! It's also a short walk to the beach.

Although alittle out of town, the comfort and price made the hotel worth it. Plus I got in some long over due walking in.

“Great value in Seaside”
My family is very budget conscious, and we were looking for value in a spring break vacation. I did lots of research, and we chose Shilo Inn Seaside East because it was close to the action, inexpensive and had all the amenities we were looking for -- free breakfast, pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. The hotel was in very good repair and very clean. Check in was a breeze, and our room was great. We had two queen beds, and there was plenty of room for the four of us and all of our gear. The pool was clean and a very comfortable temperature. We also tried out sauna, steam room and hot tub, and they were also clean and working great. We were about a 5-block walk into town, and we didn't move our car the whole time. Our street wasn't that picturesque, but we walked through neighborhoods that were very attractive and in full spring bloom. Every morning for breakfast there was good coffee, tea, fruit, instant hot cereal in paper cups and a whole array of pastries. It ended up being a little on the sweet side, but we supplemented with other things we'd brought. There was plenty of storage space in the fridge. Our room was cleaned each day, and we didn't encounter any dirt or disarray the whole trip. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and we were never bothered by noise or any disruption even though the hotel was full. We had a fantastic time and would go back in a heartbeat. A true value!
“Exceeded our expectations!”
The room was big, all new furniture even a new HD TV. I've stayed in tons of "nice" hotels for lots of money and this was right up there with them at a fraction of the price. We were very impressed.
