I was there for one night, to visit Osaka university. I did not see even a small problem on the status of hotel and room. The only problem I had was there was no one who can speak English. There is lack of English explanation also. I know a few Japanese words and could survive. The situation could be different if you check-in and out at normal day time. I checked in at the midnight and out at dawn. Overall status of hotel is excellent.

I truly loved the stay at the hotel. I didn't spend much time locating it from the subway station and checking was pretty quick and smooth. I loved the heating system in the room and the whole building. But what I liked the most was the breakfast which energised me every morning. I didn't have time to visit the 11th floor though as my multiple trips around Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto brought me home exhausted and my bed was the last resort. I would definitely recommend.
