“Nice Hotel.”
Food good. Beds nice. Easy to find.
“Will not return”
I booked this hotel based on the Ramada reputation. We were very disappointed. I felt let down by the brand. Carpets were shabby, the hall ways were disgusting (soiled carpets and dirty walls), the grout had fallen away from the bathroom sink and in general the room seemed shabby and old; it just felt creepy. The only part that was good was the bed, it was comfortable and had decent linens. I will not go back. Though they are remodeling and seem to be making it look fresh and inviting from the outside, the inside is another story, even the remodeled rooms inside leave a great deal to be desired.

“Service not the best.”
Up until the moment of checkout I would have told you our stay was wonderful - and it was. However, at checkout there were three couples waiting for 15 minutes with no clerk to be found. We asked a maid that had come to check in and she had to go looking for the clerk - none too happily I might add. He came back with the portable phone in his hand and in a foul mood. Take care if you need anything at the front desk; the hotel itself is a really good value.

Big room, nice breakfast, no problems checking in or out. Would stay here again.
