Never Stay Here--North Platte Inn and SuitesPosted Jul 27, 2014
Hotels.com listed this hotel as a Ramada in on our reservation. It had been dumped by Wyndham /Ramada for low performance but we were not informed of this change. We had initial trouble locating the hotel for this reason. The hotel had some maintenance problems such as defective locks. To top it off there was NO hot water the evening we arrived. The next more there was hot water for a brief time but only good for one person to shower. The help was surly and said it was our problem NOT THEIRS. That we might contact hotels.com, but they would do nothing for us. I will probably never use hotels.com again for reservations. We certainly did not receive our moneys worth on this stay.

Decent location, good servicePosted Jun 2, 2014
We stayed for only one night, and although we had a slightly difficult time finding the building, the service was excellent. The girl at the front desk promptly and very politely brought me an extra blanket when I asked for it, AND it was warm. Check in and check out were easy. Free Wi-fi (signal was weak and didn't work well) and Complimentary breakfast. All in all I would stay there again.

Good value for overnight stayPosted May 27, 2014
The hostess was very personable and knowledgeable about her job and she had our reservation up on the computer immediately and had our keys handed to us in under 5 minutes. The morning hostess was just as personable and knowledgeable and kept up both the breakfast and front desk very well. The only thing is finding the hotel - but this is not a big deal for it was a great deal, clean and friendly.

Brand Change Not CommunicatedPosted May 27, 2014
The hotel is presently going through a name change and is no longer a Ramada and there are no signs to help you find it easily. While the staff was very friendly and the rooms met my expectations the hair in the sheets and on the floor did not.

Just.....OKPosted May 18, 2014
Overall it was fine for it being a one-night stay. When I booked it, it had said that it was called a Ramada Inn but apparently it just used to be called that. It was really hard to find because it had no sign describing it as a Ramada. The services was very nice and the breakfast was good. Hardly anyone there which seemed strange. The room was good but the bed sheets were a little uncomfortable.

Once you find it it's greatPosted May 12, 2014
There weren't any signs, just a Chinese restaurant that they had us turn into to find the hotel. The room was very comfortable and nice. Great bedding and nice bathroom.
very close to the interstatePosted Apr 26, 2014
The cleanliness of the room was questionable. Difficult to find outlets for CPAP machine. Bed was VERY comfortable.

Needs helpPosted Apr 20, 2014
Outside doors worked occasionally with keycard. TV quality terrible, even though it had relatively new flatscreen. My rabbit ears pull in better quality that their satellite reception. Ceiling paint was chipping and falling. Tub was rusting and shower had no pressure whatsoever.

SmokeyPosted Apr 19, 2014
Glad it was only one night. Remodeled but still has smoke smell in room. Left the luggage in yhe car so it didn't take on smell. Drove right past motel as i thought the building was a restaurant, they were connected.
