Great place for independent travellers

This is technically a convention centre but was a great place to stay. Four single cyclists enjoyed four clean very comfortable single rooms. The grounds and views were beautiful. Breakfast was excellent in a great dining room and the free coffee and fruit available all day were much appreciated. The place is about 2 miles out of town.

Pleasant but basic

Ok, as like other reviews this is a remote conference venue / hotel. It is not designed for honeymooners or people looking for 5 star service. What you do get is very pleasant , helpful staff, reasonable comfortable room and an enjoyable breakfast. One conceren was that they did not have my booking confirmation....thankfully they were not busy....could have been an issue if they had been!.....You really need your own transport....it will be expensive to taxi back and forth from anywhere. Good stop over if you were hopping over from Helsingborg. They offer no evening meals when I was there just sandwiches. You are requested to vacate your room at 9am , however, they were kind enough to let me stay in one of the reception areas and fill myself full of free coffee! Please do not read this as a negative review. For an overnighter it would be fine....staff were very friendly and the breakfast view was great.

The hotel is really a meant for conventions. It has several rooms in different buildings. There is great food here, but that was apart of my convention. Otherwise, I recommend borrowing a bike for the hotel to get to the city center. You also need to take a taxi or bus (803) from the train station.
