"The Hawthorne was the perfect place for our family to stay. We could walk everywhere from our hotel. Tons of sights, shopping, and dining options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Coffee, cider, water, and lemonade available in the lobby brought the day was a nice touch. This is such a beautiful hotel nestled amongst the rich history of Salem. We look forward to staying here again. "
