We reserved three rooms. All with king size beds and a sitting area. We arrived they we're doing work on he inside of building, was a mess. We got to our rooms had 2 doubles and no sitting area. Went down to find out why. Just said sorry we don't have any. Was not thrilled with this hotel!

Under construction and not stated on website! Gym was a treadmill and elliptical in a hotel room. No ice on first floor. Lots of rooms still under construction.

The property was under construction so. Not great. There were kids running up and down the halls. We were told we were not on the same floor as the kids from a hockey convention but they were running all over the hotel and messing with door handles and being crazy. The walls were paper thin and you can hear the people in the next room talking. Definitely would not recommend if you want quiet.

Was very pleased with room. It was very clean and bed and linens were good. Only thing dissapointing was the very noisy old heating unit. Was tought to sleep through the night.

We checked in and the duty manager was super helpful. Gave us a taxi reference for a show we were going to and chatted with us.

The desk person late at night was extremely accommodating and friendly. He was the perhaps the best part of the stay. The room was pretty clean and decent size but smaller than I expected. Shower never got hot at night but in the morning it was strangely very hot. Otherwise it was a fine stay

Price has become to expensive.
Use to find thos place quite reasonable in price. Gone up a hundred a night. Will be looking for a more afordable place. No maid service.

I have been here two years ago and they have been changed many things in the lobby or even bedrooms. Clean and friendly. Definitely recommend.

My room was tiny and right next to the laundry chute. I tried to get in touch with the general manager but he never responded. I also tried to speak to the manager but after she was 3 hours late, I gave up. The desk person was lovely and helpful.
