I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service at this hotel. I came in with a hurt ankle and the hotel staff went out of there way to find me something to soak my foot in with ice water for the swelling. I spent a week here and had brekkie every morning in the restaurant. The staff recognized me and knew my beverage choice and would bring it to me upon my arrival to my table each morning. Several of us had dinner in the bar area one night and the bartender/server was great fun also. I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had! Thank you to all the staff!

Stayed with 2 kids. Didn't feel cramped at all. Close to the zoo and luna park which was why we were visiting sydney. Staff were extremely helpful with any of our questions and queries about the best way to get to places. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel/apartment few years back and again this week, it still a clean, friendly and good value for money to stay around the north part of Sydney. The reception was exceptional especially when we found there was an error in the booking .... we have to mention Katie who tried her best to resolve the matter to our satisfaction.....
We will for sure stay there again

We picked the hotel from the pictures (internet) and the cost and were very delighted it was exactly what we pictured it to be. For us it was a wonderful pick. Not your big city hotel, the front desk actually closes down in the evening. And the front doors are locked. Fine by us and they actually had a kitchen you could use to cook whatever you wanted when you wanted to. The room was clean with a small fridge which included our breakfast in it for the next morning. Crescents with butter and jam and cereal, milk, yogurt and orange juice, just fine by us. With silverware, cups, plates and saucers. Nice extra was the towel warming rack in the bathroom. The room was decorated lovely with beautiful stained glass windows and was small compared to a modern hotel but plenty of room for the two of us and did not feel cramped. The cozy balcony was nice and peaceful, great for having breakfast or a snack. With the sound of local birds and tall Eucalyptus trees. Several large colorful birds were within view and made for lovely pictures.
The bed was a little firm for my wife, so the management went out and bought a foam top. It was there that night when we returned and it made it very comfy my wife said.
The people were extremely helpful and gave us quite good advice for places to go and see, with clear directions and just about everything we asked they had a great answer for.
My wife liked talking to them when we would come in and go out. Free 24/7 parking just down the street.

North Sydney is a compact secondary central business district. High-rise offices, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and a few small shopping malls dominate. Busy from Monday–Friday, it quiets down on weekends, but within 1 km is the relaxed, al fresco café, pub, and restaurant scene of Blues Point Road. Trendy Kirribilli is not much further away at the northern base of the Harbour Bridge.
