Great hotel right on the beach!

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: View, porch, kitchenette, beach availability, comfy beds!
Cons: Bus line information for getting to P-town.
Location: Eating in Eastham (The Fairway); coffee at The Wired Dog; beach walks, quiet porch time viewing the ocean.
I would stay here again without a doubt. Close to Provincetown and shopping. Right on the beach which was great for daily activities and evening ones. Kitchenette for all cooking needs along with great heated bathroom. Beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. Small porch had beautiful views of the bay along with fantastic ocean breezes.

Wonderful location right on beach

Posted Jun 18, 2013
Location: Very close to Provincetown
Hotel staff is wonderful; very helpful. Gave great suggestions for dinner and breakfast. Breathtaking view of beach through sliding glass door in room on lower level. Step right out of room onto beach which is decorated very nicely and is accommodating to guests with beach chairs, fire pit, etc.Would definitely stay there again!

Very high quality accommodation

Posted Jun 3, 2013
The bedroom was very luxurious and perfect for a family of 4 for a long weekend. We used all the cooking facilities - microwave, stove, fridge, toaster and coffee maker, which we really appreciated. Our dog could sleep in the room and it was perfect to open the doors straight onto the beach in the morning and let her out - if you tell Pattee you are bringing a dog, she will try and put you on the ground floor. As the weather was bad we even used the dvd player so we made the most of the facilities. The view at sunset and at night across to Provincetown is stunning and the location close to Provincetown but away from the melee is great. We hope to come back again soon. What I liked was it had all the benefits and convenience of a hotel with the privacy of a private rental.

a wonderful hotel to spend time in Provincetown

Posted Jun 26, 2012
Pros: the size of the room, accomodations patty and all
Cons: a small smell in the bathroom I believe it was the rug or shower curtain
Location: perfect
From making the reservation to checking in to leaving our stay was wonderful. You can tell the owners loved what they did and were happy to be there making their guest feel welcome. Loved the location, the personal beach and all accomodatioins. Would come back again and again.

Beach convenience

Posted Aug 23, 2011
Keeping in mind that this is an efficiency on the beach, essentially a studio apartment with a sliding door directly out onto the beach, this is an extremely well kept place. And the comfy beach chairs, tables with umbrellas, etc. were an unexpected plus. We didn't take advantage of this, but the shuttle bus into Provincetown stopped directly across the street.
