Good value hotel in good position for amenities.Posted Sep 25, 2013
Pros: Position to amenities and attractions of Llandudno.
Cons: The decor needs updating.
Location: Hotel near to the pier, promenade, shops, cable car and tram to the Great Orme. Excellent position.
Basic accommodation, very clean, very pleasant staff. Excellent hearty breakfasts with as election of fresh fruit including blueberries and strawberries. Chocolates and mints in bedroom were a nice touch. Enjoyed our stay and booked an extra night.

Family run hotelPosted Sep 24, 2013
Very welcoming from the first minute to the last. I mentioned that my visit was for my birthday and suddenly a bottle of wine and two glasses appear in my room.

nice hotel close to the beach, tour buses and pierPosted Sep 13, 2013
Pros: its location.
Location: i loved the bus tour that went around the great orme and the city itself, the driver/guide was a very sweet and knowledgeable man.
i liked the hotel, it was very quiet and private, very conveniently located close to the pier, and promenade, the staff was very friendly and breakfast good too...

Location: Perfect! Everything is within walking distance.
I came back for a second stay, 6 weeks after my first stay! I love Llandudno anyway, but staying at this Guest House makes it even better! Its perfect! Close to everything. The pier/beach is a 2 minute walk away.

Great B &B, fab location,super breakfast !Posted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: Breakfast and location
Cons: Needed a bit of a facelift but comfortable and clean
Beach house was a really nice B & B with really friendly proprietors. A great location literally 2 mins from the beach and pier. The Hotel is looking in need of a bit of a face lift in places but generally it was lovely. Very clean and bed really comfy and some nice touches in the bedroom and a generous tea /coffee tray. I think it was one of the best breakfasts we ever had. So much choice and Welsh Brek piping hot and plenty of tea and toast. Set up for the day and didn't need lunch. Would recommend the Mediterranean restaurant round the corner up the road in the evening. ., fab food, good atmosphere and attentive staff at reasonable price. We also had gr8 weather ! Perfect.

Very nice overnight stay.Posted Aug 7, 2013
Location: Excellent location, very near the beach/pier and the Great Orme tram.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, while the room had some nice welcoming touches. The hotel is clearly an older building, but nonetheless it has been well looked after, and I would definitely be willing to stay again.

Not perfect but .....Posted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel had a strange smell in the foyer and corridors and needed refurbishing in some areas. However, the helpfulness and kindness of Sue on reception more than made up for it. The breakfast was top notch. The location is just about the best. Would return.
