Great hotel with one issue.

Everything was great with the exception of housekeeping barging in the next morning at 9am. They need to institute better procedures for knowing when an occupied room is no longer occupied.

when booking room asked for ground floor with 2 queen beds. upon arrival was told to take elevator. when I asked about ground floor was told they would give us a ground floor suite, because they didn't have any other rooms. Turns out it had a king size bed and a pull out couch! not very comfortable for a 60 year old. Was awakened at @ 5:30 am, by heavy foot traffic above our room.

We did upgrade you to a suite since we did not have any other first floor rooms available,.and I apologize once again if you did not enjoy this accomidation. . Friendliest Staff

Pros: Friendliness, cleanliness
Check in clerk, Sean, was so welcoming and friendly. He provided us with the choice of several available rooms to meet our needs. Such a pleasant experience. The accommodations were perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and most importantly, the bed was most comfortable. This was the first time we stayed at a Marriott hotel and we will now use them whenever possible.

Pros: Clean appearance, friendly staff, inside pool.
Cons: Including a free continental breakfast.
Location: Perfect for access to shopping!
We booked this trip to go back and see the kids for Father's Day weekend! This is a great hotel! Not too expensive, except if you use to free breakfast. This is not included. Otherwise, convenient, clean, and relatively quiet rooms.

Cant go wrong with Courtyard

As usual, the Marriott Courtyard does not disappoint. Location was good. Had a Chilis right next door and many other good eating places within a short drive. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Staff at desk and breakfast area were great. Buffet breakfast was not free but offers a very good variety and best of all, a made to order omelet station! Would stay here again.

Don't pay extra for breakfast - Staff confused

Cons: Staffing - more informed & helpful Should provide a quiet place to stay - staff needed to address loudness in rooms & hallways
breakfast was very unmanagable - the area was unstaff & the seating was limited - most people were standing around confused - we left without breakfast Call to see if I left behind my phone charger -was told they would check with housekeeping & call me back - that never happened The body lotion bottle was half full (used by someone else - not new) wall are very thin - heard the party next door ALL night & in hallway

Stay away

If it wasn't the clogged toliet that greeted me it was the fact that they told me to take care of it myself like I had done the nasty deed. Then the power shut off 3 times while I was there and i got stuck in the elevator because of it for half an hour. The breakfast needs a whole bunch of work to be considered edible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And when I asked to talk to the manger about the fact there were issues I was told to talk to hotels.com because I paid them not the hotel.

We always encourage comments good or bad so we can improve from them. This is true the electric did go off in the entire region not just at the hotel. For the other comments I will look into them myself.
