An excellent place to stayPosted Jul 7, 2011 on Hotels.com
Tony and Dee were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very pleasant, and each morning the breakfast was excellent. Short walk to the center of town, quick drive to some incredible castles.

Great place!Posted May 31, 2011 on Hotels.com
This is a very cute B&B with owners who are genuinely nice and glad to have you there. The breakfast they cooked up and the service was incredible, we felt like we were at a private restaurant! They were quick to offer any help with directions, recommendations, etc. on the local area and/or anything else we needed. Our room was wonderful, very clean, comfortable, and only a 5 minute walk to the 'downtown' area by the pier. This is in fact the only slight negative of the hotel is that it is not by the pier and does not have a balcony or views of the waterfront (we were not bothered by this at all but I thought it was worth mentioning if you are familiar with Landudno). We made full use of the guest living room and were able to watch a movie, relax and enjoy some biscuits/drinks we bought at the corner convenience store. We only stayed one night but would have liked to stay more and would happily go back.

Awesome Place!Posted Jul 12, 2010 on Hotels.com
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Gwynfa Guesthouse and we LOVED it! The couple running it were so helpful and nice. The room we stayed in was huge and accommodating. The entire house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, one of our favorite places we stayed at on our 3 week long trip. Highly recommended!

Lovely clean guest housePosted Jun 14, 2010 on Hotels.com
Tony and Dee welcomed us into their guest house, which is a beautiful house, We were in the pink room, I couldnt fault the room it was lovely and very clean the pictures on the web site of the room dont do it justice it's much better in person, There is also a guest lounge for those wanting to relax at the end of the day.The location was perfect for us as we was attending a party in the Lilley around the corner but it is a fair walk to the main promenade, and wouldnt recommend if you dont have a car. I would highly recommend this guest house as friendly , clean, comfortable ,but only if you wish to stay on west shore or are using it as a base to travel. It is on a residential street with no other guest house around .Although we only stayed the one night it was a pleasant stay.
