Love this hotel. I have stayed here twice now. The bar and restaurant have amazing food. The staff are nice and friendly. Spa is lovely. Walking distance to Conwy. Would deffo stay again.

My wife and I booked The Quay for a quiet couple of days with our small dog. We had a lovely stay, and were happy we'd made a great choice of hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the staff friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. The cooked option was great and the porridge very thick and creamy. The homemade granola was also a favourite. Unfortunately the Spa was closed for refurbishment over our stay but it didn't detract from our stay.

Great hotel, very clean and well maintained. You can tell there has been recent refurbishments which look fab, only downside was they were refurbishing the spa when I was there so didn’t get to take full advantage, but once it’s done I’m sure it will look great. Free parking, wifi, balcony, robes etc lots of little extras that make a difference in your stay. Would return.

The hotel has friendly polite and helpful staff with a good ambience. A comfortable room and a bed that was comfy but firm to aid sleeping in a new environment. Also with good blavkout curtains too. Finally a good cooked breakfast to start the day.

Give the wet room a miss!
Nice hotel, if a little off the beaten track. Inadvertently allocated a wetroom inc shower vs a bathroom and bath. Nice view/balcony so persevered (only 1 night). Having had to ask for soap and a shower cap (ludicrous I know in this day and age for a 4 star hotel), proceeded to drench the room - no choice/inappropriate camber for the shower drain. Likewise toilet too tall sink too low for anyone not in a wheelchair. Add to that fire alarm going off at 7:20am - pity anyone in a wheelchair since on first floor up 20 steps! In morning we elected for showers in the swimming pool instead - though unisex changing room since male room closed for refurb/no sauna/steam room either.
