Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable staff were brilliant
Cons: I asked for just a bowl of porridge for breakfast and was told I would have to pay for a whole continental breakfast just for a bowl of porridge!
Location: Was staying for work - offices were in Wrexham
Really enjoyed staying thank you very much

Great stayPosted Nov 11, 2013
We only stayed one night, but could easily have stayed longer. The room was much bigger than I expected and was very neat and clean, the staff were friendly. Close enough to the town centre and if you don't want to eat at the Ramada then Plas Coch is just down the road. Definitely will stay at the Ramada during my next stay at Wrexham.

Greeted at reception by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, the room was amazing, very clean and very comfortable, evening meals were outstanding and so was the continental breakfast and they were both great value for money, the staff at breakfast and evening meals were outstanding, especially Glenn at breakfast who was very helpful

Clean, pleasant, excellent foodPosted Nov 3, 2013
Lovely stay in executive room, free chocolates , fruit , juice and waters :-) wonderful evening meal in the restaurant :-) only issue was noise from other rooms -walls a bit thin! But it didn't spoil a delightful stay :-)

very comfyPosted Oct 29, 2013
Pros: perfect shower, nice location, comfy room.
Cons: dvd player in room and free wifi.
had a lovely weekend break at the hotel for my birthday. the room was large and comfy with a lovely bathroom. aircon and mini bar. a dvd player would have improved the stay and free wifi.

Great location for getting aroundPosted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Comfortable room and central location for venues we were attending.
Location: Even though hotel next to bypass there is no traffic noise. Chester and further afield very easy to get too due to link roads.
Check in very easy and pleasant. We had unexpectedly been upgraded a room which was a nice surprise. Staff helpful on all enquiries. Bed comfortable and room very clean. Cannot comment on food as we did not eat at the hotel but restaurant busy. Will definitely stay again.

Ideal Location for central basePosted Aug 20, 2013
We used the hotel for a base for a 3 day golfing trip to north wales, it is just off the main bypass and very easy to find. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful. The only down side was the cost of the drinks, but I suppose we didn't have to drink there but it was too convenient
