“Just OK, not Great”

This hotel would be so much better if the staff were more pleasant and welcoming. There was just an unfriendly vibe about this place. I would recommend it only because I didn't see any other hotel that seemed nicer in Conwy. We felt it was VERY overpriced for the value received (the most expensive place we stayed, yet our least favorite). The hotel itself was lovely, and the room was very pretty. Terrible water pressure in the shower, however. Conwy Castle was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip, but the town of Conwy itself seemed trashy and run down. I would recommend coming to Conwy for the day to see the castle but staying somewhere else.
