“Fashionable alternative to Boutique Hotel”

This Double apartment also had a tiny second bedroom with a single bed in. Decor was modern and boutique, en suite and separate bathroom. The lounge had adjoining kitchen area with everything we needed. Access was easy, the key was where they said it would be in the email. Parking was free and easy using the parking pass. There is Valley Gardens at the bottom of the street, a beautiful park with a big kids play area and paddling pool in summer. The walk into town is 10 mins but the walk back is up a slight hill. Gets the heart racing a bit. We ate at William and Vics which was recommended to us and the apartment is a great location for this bistro as its just round the corner. Overall a great alternative to hotel accommodation with more freedom. I will stay again.

I have stayed twice now and the location is great for Harrogate centre. 10 min walk up a hill. The organisation is very good. Keys are where they say they will be, email instructions are clear. I stayed in 2 bed apartment even though the first time we booked a one bed but they upgraded us due to availability so we had even more space.

Our family of 4 were very comfortable in the apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The location was good - 10 min walk to town and railway station. The apartment was clean, well looked after and had good facilities.

Great apartments very handy for town centre and brilliant park. Only negative would be that the apartmant we stayed in(number2) did not have a TV in the bedroom ?

“Great location - child friendly too”

Great location with everything you need really close by including a free cashpoint at the post office, a fantastic bakery which opens at 7am, a greengrocers and a mini sainsburys. Also lovely little boutique-type shops close by. A ten minute walk into town which is very pretty (do visit Betty's tea room and Jenny's tea shop-both excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well-equipped. It seemed fairly newly decorated and the decor was tasteful (if a little like a next catalogue). Also child friendly as they out us in a ground floor room and had high chair and cot at the ready. The layout meant that the bedrooms are away from the living room/kitchen so you can have the telly on and not wake the baby - much better than in a hotel! Customer srvice was very good as we were able to communicate by phone and email and all instructions for keys/parking permits were clear and where they said they would be! About 12 minutes walk to the train station where you can get to york in 40 mins. The only downside to this apartment was the couple upstairs who were having a very good time at 2am and woke us up 2 nights in a row. Thankfully they didn't wake my baby! Some more sound proofing between floors wouldn't go amiss, although i know this would a big job for the owners. Take some earplugs and you should be fine! All round a great holiday and great apartment.
