Highly recommend. I was upgraded to the 2 bed apartment which was beautiful. Parking was great. Property was peaceful despite being near to the town centre. Everything you could need. Will be rebooking.

Fantastic stay!
Met on arrival. Parking immediately sorted. The apartment is fantastic: very clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Mark was very welcoming and gave us excellent, child-friendly advice for activities and places to visit. I would definitely recommend visiting Harrogate and using this apartment for your stay.

Comfortable stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was friendly and gave and helpful. The apartment was modern and comfortable, located on a lovely quiet street but close enough to town to walk there easily.

The photograph shown was not apartment we were allocated. The apartment is not at the address on the information - this is a B&B, the apartment is actually sited few doors down the street. On arrival the smell of cooking cabbage was very obvious, very off putting. The down stairs passageway floor is really dirty - as is the carpet throughout the apartment. The bath has a dirty scum circle and the shower cabinet tray has a complete black fungus surround. Issues with dud light bulbs were resolved by the owner, unfortunately it did not resolve the lack of over all lighting. The address is very convenient for the actual town center. We were offered a daily service facility - this service would not have resolved the necessity for a top to bottom 'deep clean' .

Many thanks for your review, although it is a great shame that this is markedly different to the verbal review that you provided when you were staying with us and quite frankly, it is grossly unfair. Had the issues been as you stated, we would question why this was not addresses at the start of your three day stay and why you declined housekeeping services on a daily basis. For security reasons of both Guests and our property, we do not advertise the actual address of the apartment on the internet, but it is within a short walking distance of the Guesthouse. The downstairs passageway floor is an original tiled floor from 1872, and is cleaned regularly, but admittedly it does have some wear and tear as can be expected of such an original feature. Ironically the carpet in the apartment had been steam cleaned less than 7 days prior to your arrival, hence we find it odd that you claim that the carpet is really dirty. The bath is a period piece made of metal/enamel, and is regularly cleaned, but over time the enamel does dull naturally. We would question whether your personal circumstances have clouded this review somewhat, and would recommend that in future you choose a more modern bespoke building for your accomodation requirements. Harrogate Elite Living is based entirely in Victorian properties, and where possible we try to retain the features of this bygone age..

Birthday Long Weekend
We spent a long weekend here in early December. The apartment was near enough for an easy walk to the town centre, but quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Comfortable, pleasant stay for 3 nights. Lovely friendly and helpful hosts. Everything catered for the in kitchen and adequate storage space in the bedroom. Will will definitely be going back for another stay next year.

A brilliant weekend
Arriving with a 4 year old for a 10th wedding anniversary we were just looking for a nice weekend away. When we arrived and saw the beautiful apartment with champagne and chocolates in the fridge we knew that attention to detail would turn a great getaway into a stunning weekend. Everyone was helpful, the owners were delightful and I would definitely recommend them and their apartments to anyone.

Loved our stay, perfect for us and our 7 month old baby boy. Less than 10 min walk into town. Travel cot and haighchair provided free of charge. Really friendly owners.

Excellent apartment. Only a 5 minute walk into Harrogate. This apartment is linked to Arden House Hotel just a little further up the street. The lady on reception was really lovely and very welcoming. She directed us to the house which was literally 30 seconds down the street, she showed us around the apartment. It has everything you need, perfect location just out of town on a nice quiet street. The children loved it as there was lots of room to run around. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

The appartment manager was very welcoming and accommodating. Location is excellent, easy walking to Harrogate centre, such a lovely town too. The appartment itself was in need of a little attention, with extractor fans and lights not working. The double bed in the larger bedroom was very uncomfortable. The 2nd room, a twin, was small and had no external window, in fact my 5 year old son even remarked that it must be what a prison is like. The appartment was ok for 1-2 nights but the little details and 2nd bedroom would put me off staying any longer.

Lovely but you're on your own!
Lovely apartment with all normal amenities. Sadly, we arrived after a four hour coach ride to find no one there to check us in. There is also minimal info in the room along with an admonition not to call unless dire emergency. Suggest they provide a map of the town along with info about restaurants, food markets etc, especially since no concierge and no one to help. Remember- if you need a room you most likely DONT know your way around or where to find things! Also check out is quite early and nowhere to leave luggage.

Comfortable accommodation in centre of Harrogae
This 1 bed apartment was located very close to the centre of Harrogate but on a quiet largely residential street. The apartment was comfortable and warm - heating seemed to be set permanently on and you could adjust the radiators to suit your comfort level - and with good quality wall-mounted TV and furnishings. There were a few small maintenance issues but this did not spoil our stay. Limited storage in the kitchen but again, adequate for a short stay. As the photos show, there is only the breakfast bar with 2 stools for eating - this did not bother us, only mentioning for other guests to know what to expect. It should be noted that there is only half-height hanging in the wardrobe though we managed to hang my dresses on the hooks behind the front door. There are no drawers for clothes storage. Whilst these things didn't worry us for a few days stay, I think it is worth noting for people to take into account. Arrangements for key collection were excellent and we were phoned on the morning of our arrival - very friendly and helpful. Car parking permits covering our stay were left for us in the apartment and we never had a problem finding a space on the road very close outside the apartment.

10 minute walk to center (if that),quiet road,parking on street outside property,clean,spacious and had everything we needed. 3 adults in a one bedroom and the sofa bed was great. Enough room for us all. My only negative comment is that i couldn't get hold of anyone on the mobile before we arrived and when we got there,the address is a guest house with no sign for Elite. However we knocked on the door and we were in the right place. The woman was lovely and apologised for the phone and showed us to the apartment which was down the street. Would certainly use again.
