Another nice stay, however cold room.
Another nice stay at Lazaat. Nice staff, Nice room , nice food. Only downside with this trip was, the room was cold. Electric panel heater on the wall which took all night to put any form of heat in the room , as the rooms are large and spacious . Otherwise a nice stay. Would be nice if heating was put on before guests arrived.

Room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The dining and other areas of the building fresh and well kept. The staff were always helpful, efficient and friendly. Coming back late at night didn’t work quite so well. I rang the number posted on the door three times and it went straight to voicemail. I had to walk around the building and knock on a window to get attention. I’ve stayed here before and this system worked well so hopefully just a hiccup. The breakfast maybe needs a bit of an update.The dull sliced bread and tired toasters replaced with fresh rolls and croissants perhaps? If you don’t like cooked breakfast there was fruit, yogurt etc. but otherwise the choice was not so great. Many hotels now have a self service bean to cup coffee machine for espresso and cappuccino. So much better than a vac flask and cold milk. This is a great hotel….a couple of tweaks would make all the difference

Great if attending a wedding/event
The staff make this hotel. Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable, the only down side was the noise from a large event in the Pavilion Suite on our first night...not great seeing as we were attending a wedding the next day! The second night was much quieter. If you are looking for a quiet getaway I would recommend checking if there are any events on first.

Satisfactory for our needs.
When we arrived we were hit with a nightmare for parking but luckily we found a space. We checked in quite quickly then proceeded to find our room. I am glad that we did not have a lot of luggage but we got there, room was nice but archaic. Curtains were just that, no secondary net so people could see right in to the room. In the bathroom it was a pathetic shower over the bath, no good for anyone with balance problems. We also had to ask for more towels as they had left enough for one person. Luckily the weather in the morning was fair as we had to walk a distance to the restaurant for breakfast, if it had been raining we would have been soaked.

Modern hotel with no character and boxy room and lumpy bed. Overpriced and limited menu. Set up for a wedding at 11.30 pm with lots of furniture moving noise. Weird bar area. Breakfast was cold. Lacks atmosphere

Nice for a 1 night stay.
Staff were nice, the “new” building where my room was needed some TLC. If you are staying for longer then 1 night your room will NOT be serviced which for a modern 3 star hotel needs to be looked at. At least replenish the items that were used. Food was nice, but need more staff in the restaurant and bar area. It was busy but not enough staff to customer ratio.
Chicken Skewers minus the plural as you only get 1 Skewer.

Clean,fresh, spacious
Room was clean and spacious,bed was comfortable and big. We where prewarned about weddings and noise which was appreciated (we where attending a wedding). Only complaints we have are; We had to ask X3 times ( I just wanted to listen to the the news before heading out)for our TV to be looked at (no power at all/was plugged in with all wires on correct places),and the water pressure was not very good at all.

Hotel was reasonable but had to leave a complaint about the attitude of the breakfast waitress who very was rude and moody and not just to me! Also the breakfast was poor quality. Had to ask twice for fresh hot water it never arrived so i made tea in my room. Also there is a tree hanging over the stairs of which needs looking at i banged my head in a branch and still have the small cut on my head? Reception was very helpful!

Lovely venue
The hotel is lovely, very clean and friendly. We weren't aware of the celebrations that were planned for the night and it was noisy. We also weren't told that the restaurant was closed but the hotel room service was the same price, however they didn't include drinks within the room service which I thought was strange. Notification of noise and closures of the restaurant should have been stated.
