Good name but terrible rooms

TV didn't work and no plug for the bath Food and drink way to EXSPENSIVE for what you get.

Would stay again

Pros: The cooked breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom floor was slippery when getting out of the shower/bath. A non-slip mat would solve this.
Location: The village of Towcester was good to visit. You could hear the noise of the busy road from the room we stayed in. (With the windows closed).
Staff were very helpful and professional. Cleanliness of the whole hotel good. The food in the restaurant was particularly good - the evening meal and the breakfast. (One of the best cooked breakfasts we have eaten in any restaurant). Would recommend and return.

Pros: pool, spa, food, children friendly
Cons: parking
Location: good for access to local area and milton keynes
great hotel and staff, stayed with 3 children and were accommodated easily and very well by the staff

Exceptional staff, great facilities, spacious

Pros: Every single member of staff - great. More than just courtesy and politeness, a genuine interest in their guests, and made the stay.
Cons: very little.
Location: easy , just off M1, but not troubled by noise.
Staff were warm genuine and amongst the very best I have come across anywhere in the world.. a very genuine interest in our party. Facilities were perfect, spacious and comfortable. Never felt too busy. Food great. Rooms spotless and spacious. Staff really were exceptional and made a very special weekend.

Great hotel for a get away

We spend 2 nights in Hilton Northampton with my husband and two children and we had an amazing time. The staff were incredible providing me with a little fridge for my baby food, pool very warm, food excellent and the room clean, spacious, nice kept. Highly recommended I will go again and again!!!

Room was pleasant and staff helpful, however lots of noise in the corridor throughout the night. When I mentioned this at check out, I just got 'sorry abou that'. But the hotel itself was fine. Has a pay on foot car park which surprised me.

We do display notices in our corridors requesting guests to keep noise levels to a minimum, to respect other guests that may be resting. I have discussed your experience at Reception with the Front of House Manager and she would like to convey her apologies for the unacceptable attitude of the team member that you spoke to regarding the previous night’s noise. The team shall be addressed and will undergo a course of re-training to ensure that they addresses all our guests with the upmost courtesy. Very nice hotel, clean, lovely room with a comfortable bed. Had a Chicken salad for an evening meal which was very nice. Gym is well equipped and has everything you need. Excellent service throughout my day.
