Hotel restaurant busy one member staff dealing with everything. Ie orders..seating.. Drink orders ... She was brilliant...did all with a smile even though very busy.

Perfectly acceptable Hotel, in need of a make-over

Hotel was fine and the staff were very pleasant but the hotel d├ęcor is getting very tired so compared to other hotels at similar price points a bit disappointing

Needs repair

Lift was broke.No bank machine. Very limited menu. What else could be wrong........ I am a Marriott Platimum.

Handy for race track

Overall very good. Second time we have stayed there while marshalling at track. Can be a bit noisy on Saturday nights due to wedding celebrations.

It's okay. Not much atmosphere. Really hot and stuffy. Breakfast was a bit of a trial but we got there in the end. Rooms are average, hotel is average, food is average, service is average. See a pattern? If you can get a room on a deal/offer then it's okay but it isn't worth more than that and certainly not full price I'll probably look for other local places instead of this.

Sorry to see you were not overly impressed during your recent stay. We have made some structural changes which will improve our service and our long overdue refurbishment will ensure our rooms are the best in the area! Hopefully you'll reconsider and come back and get the chance to experience this.
