Beautiful, quiet hotel with friendly staff!
Very nice hotel with spacious modern rooms. The surroundings of the hotel are amazing, lots of green, sounds of nature and very peaceful. The wellness are is simple, but very nice to enjoy for a bit before going to sleep. The staff was super friendly and I would definitely come here again. Another plus point for the planet as the hotel makes use of refillable shampoo/handsoap and towels are left in the room to use multiple times when you hang them on the heater!

Really Not great
There was no English speaking personel, the entire place seemed closed and deserted, the restaurant and bar pretty much always closed, although the room was cleaned every day the coffee and water were not replenished, so had to buy coffee and water in town for all remaining days of my stay. No morning paper. No advice where to go for a breakfast, so never had the breakfast I've paid for. in the room there was no menu nor telephone number how to call 24h room service - which would be helpful considering the place seemed shut down permanently. The place is very expensive being advertised as 5 star...for this you expect some 5-star service. Not impressed.

The hotel would have potential if managed properly
No wifi in room and even wifi in public areas did not allow me to access my e mails. Staff showed no interest. It took me one and a half hours to check out. Beds too small and not as requested. They ignored my order in the restaurant. Staff were unhelpful and rude.

Architektonisch interessantes Hotel, hochwertiger, edler Ausbau (Naturstein, Holz, Glas). Perfekt zum Zur-Ruhe-Kommen, Lesen, für Wellness, Spaziergänge durch den Schlosspark oder beispielsweise in der nahen Märkischen Schweiz. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, mit Weitblick 👌.

Dejligt hotel til at komme ned i gear
Meget hyggeligt hotel, dejligt stort værelse med udsigt til slottet. En meget stor flot park, hvor man kan gå nogle dejlige ture. Fin morgenmad med lidt af hvert. Restauranten på hotellet var hyggelig, god service og dejlig mad. Perfekt sted at komme ned i gear.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt im Hotel Schloss Neuhardenberg. Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sahen sehr neu aus und waren vom Interior ansprechend. Abends haben wir im Landgasthaus "Brennerei" vom Hotel gegessen - auch dieses ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser 2 Tage Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen, Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal Freundlich, Frühstück lecker und wenn etwas nicht direkt gepasst hat, wurde umgehend Abhilfe geschaffen. Zu erwähnen ist auf jeden Fall noch der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Wellness Bereich mit u.a. Sauna und Dampfbad. Wir werden sicher irgendwann wieder kommen...👍

Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Es gibt auch sehr viel mehr schöne Spaziergänge als nur im Schlosspark.

Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und angenehmer kleiner Saunabereich inkl. Dampfbad. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm und entspannt. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Luxury hotel in beautiful surroundings. Spacious rooms, nice and clean everywhere, high and friendly service. The only drawback is the nearby restaurant (Brennerei) which is not able to live up to the hotel quality standards.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit Abendessen im Restaurant "Brennerei", einem wunderschönen Konzert in der Schinkel-Kirche und Übernachtung im Schlosshotel. Nach sehr gutem Frühstück noch ein Parkspaziergang. Perfekt, die kleine Auszeit!

Super war der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ins Grüne. Zimmer praktisch geschnitten. Die Galeriezimmer wegen der Sturzgefahr an der Treppe eher nicht für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Betten sehr komfortabel. Praktisch ist das elektrische Rollo an den oberen Fenstern. Frühstücksbuffet sehr einladend. Frische Eierspeisen, Obst, Kaffeespezialitäten auf Nachfrage; Verbesserungsvorschlag: nur 1 Sorte Hartkäse angeboten (zu wenig) , einzeln verpackte Kaffeesahne durch Milch aus dem Kännchen ersetzen. Qualität des Essens im angegliederten Restaurant verbesserbar. Speisen waren geschmacklich nicht besonders abgeschmeckt für die Preisklasse. Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt. Schöne Parkanlage lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Wünschten uns detailliertere Beschreibungen zu naheliegenden Wanderwegen. Personal sehr freundlich
