Everything was great apart from the lack of a car park directly adjacent to the hotel. It was a hassle having to walk from my room to the car park located at the casino. There was not even a designated path.

This property is second to none. Absolutely fantastic. Watching wallabies feeding from bedroom window, and breakfast next morning was great. Thoroughly recommend this property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my few days stay at the Country Club Resort. It was so relaxing, used the pool a couple of times, delicious food & lovely grounds.

due to the circumstances of the different time zones arriving at the casino from the mainland, disconnects many customers and prevents access to decent food to anything after 10 pm. This makes the experience less than desirable due to most and many visitors that are non-local normally arriving at these kinds of times, due to said time zones being different. (my family and I arrived at 9:30 pm, thus having us arrive at the country club after 10 pm, leaving us with no access to decent food, not including the packed chips available to guests at the bar). possibly in the future returning to the pre-covid dining conditions will be beneficial. this will increase the active daily income of the country club. this will also be the best possible choice for the overall health and experience of the country club as a whole. otherwise leaving guests with eh only possible and reasonable choice for food being 24-hour fast food which destroys the elegant high lifestyle and theme of the country club. (Possibly, asking guests for their feedback on the dining experience and prices. e.g. if they are reasonable or could be adjusted). other than that, it was a beautiful experience overall.

I was so excited about staying here until I booked in. The booking in was done without any warmth, no information and I even had to ask for directions to my room. The bar we wished to have a drink in was closed, the restaurant was closed - none of which were explained at check in. I also had to double check about breakfast being included and where it was. The food options were very poor from food hall to OTT. The Casino staff, both bar and gaming, were lovely, with cocktail suggestions and explanations of the gaming to a non-gambler. We were very glad of them seeing we we’re disappointed with everything else. In saying that the room was very comfortable!

Bath was too high for my wife to access shower.......forced to wash in hand basin . Access should be qualified at booking or check in .Distance to room too long for guests using wheel chair as we did..........otherwise great staff service and good stay.
