“Best hotel”

I stayed in may 2010, and was so impressed by the extremely high standards in every dept. That i long to return. The most stunning hotel bar i have ever encountered, and the breakfast served till 11am,was truly fantastic. its right in the middle of Baden-Baden,on a quiet pedestrianized street,and the casino,concert hall,bus stops etc, are all just a 5-10 minute leisurely walk. staff were obviously trained very well,and provide an extremely curious service. in my opinion this property deserves more than its 4 star rating. a lovely,quiet,luxurious hotel that delivers a quality product at a fair price,something that is not easily found these days.

Great hotel for a stunning town to stay in, so central and quick to get to cafes, casino and shops! Service was outstanding. Room was lovely with view.

“Already booking for return trip”

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It was nicely decorated with a "romantic" feel and exceptionally clean. The breakfast that was included was amazing. There was an assortment beyond compare and can only imagine what this type of fair would have cost elsewhere. We would certainly stay here again and are planning to this summer. What a great place.

A wonderfully elegant hotel, superb staff, right in the centre of Baden Baden.

“Friendly, convenient, but a little sparse.”

Staff were friendly from start to finish, although we had to change rooms twice when we first checked in. Rooms are a little basic and not entirely what we expected from a 4* hotel. Very good location as you step out straight onto the main shopping street. Parking was a problem and we had to pay all day rates at the local car park as we had hired a car. Breakfast was OK but it didnt change at all for the duration of our stay, which wouldnt be a problem except the choice was quite limited and small. Would stay again as all in all good value for money

“Disapointment”

I have stayed in the hotel many times, but it was the first time i stayed in a standard room, had to change room as first one was very noisy from the bathroom, Both rooms where very small approximatly 18-20sqm and where a bit tired. There are no blacjout curtains and the curtains are too small for teh window making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is average and overall service as well.
